yap sis. first day nag ice cream kami. since hindi ako mahilig sa mga chocolate flavor nag red bean flavor ako. si hubby nag mango. masarap naman kaso yung mango di masyadong mangga, tapos amoy hehe

Hi! I'd just like to ask if anyone here has been to both USS and Legoland? If yes, can you provide a comparison? We're still deciding which one ang puntahan namin sa trip namin sa SG.

I suggest you go to USS if you are to choose.  FYI meron Legoland deal as Ensogo ngayon..... 1 day pass sa Legoland at roundtrip transfers Singapore-Legoland Malaysia-Singapore.

Thanks sis rocky,sis wagasnapeg and sis sofiemae. Ang pinagpipilian ko na hotel ay yung Fragrance Hotel sa balesteir road at yung Hotel 81 heritage sa bugis. Alin kaya mas maganda sa dalawa sis? Choice ko rin sana yung Hotel 81 orchid sa lorong geylang kaya lang sabi red light district daw dun so natakot kami. Yung nakita ko palang rooms double na lang pero tatlo kami mag a add na lang nang extra bed siguro or pagtatabihin na lang yung bed wala na kasing available na tatluhan.

i wont recommend staying at balestier as it's not accessible to mrt. there's bus but matagal and it can be confusing if you're new here. better if you stay at bugis area nalang.

or try mo lloyd's inn. this is at somerset area lang. walking distance to somerset mrt along orchard. pwede sila up to 4pax in 1 room if im not mistaken.

tomorrow target na namin mag USS. bawal tanghaliin, hehe...this afternoon mag singapore zoo na kami. di na kami mag night zafari, yung entrance nalang picturan namin.

i've been to USS a lot of times but never been to legoland.  pero looking at legoland site, pambata talaga sya. if you have kids with you aged 4-10, take them to legoland kasi sobrang mag-e-enjoy sila.  sa USS kasi, maraming rides na hindi nila masasakyan.  i'd recommend USS for big kids and adults.  Legoland for small kids.

I agree ang pinakamaganda is yung USS pang teenager yung pwedeng makasakay sa roller coaster pero yung maaappreciate rin niya yung pambata. Para sulit rin

hi sis, my friend went to legoland last week at eto topic namin kanina over lunch, according to her, hinde nya recommended pumunta sa Legoland
1. medyo malayo siya, 45 mins away pa from Johor baru central
2. MAINIT, yan daw problem dun kasi wala masyadong covered area, ang init daw talaga
maganda naman daw yung mga miniatures ng mga cities, pero other than not comparable to USS pa ang legoland, maybe after a year siguro, pag complete na talaga siya

the day after nag USS sila, ayun enjoy nA, nakabawi na

as for me, eh USS pa lang napuntahan ko, so can't compare next year ko na try legoland siguro

bilis ng panahon babalik na naman ako SG this time gagala ako with friends wala pa ako na book na accomodation back read again.

Hi mga sis,

question lang, plan kasi namin magtravel dito next year feb 3-5, and first time lang namin pupunta para lang makapunta sa USS hehe.. gusto ko kasi mag celebrate ng birthday dun.. hindi ba peak season yun? plan namin feb 4 pumunta which is monday.. madami kayang tao? and meron po ba kayo massuggest na hotel na accessible and ok price? yung budget lang.. thanks!

sis 08joan08, lam ko CNY next year is scheduled at feb 10 onwards.. so di naman siguro ganun ka-peak season.. plus monday naman kayo pupunta..

@Grayce - talaga sis? kasi nag refer ako sa 2012 USS calendar, yung week before CNY 2012 hindi pa naman peak sa calendar nila.. wala kasi ako makita na 2013 calendar e..
