wow! new thread! sis, okay lang ba maghandcarry ng mini bottles (toiletries)? plan namin na hindi na kasi mag check in.

^yes sis, basta 100ML then lagay mo na lang sa pouch or ziplock lahat para sakaling matapon hindi kakalat. yoko ring mag-check in ng gamit mas mabilis kasing lumabas sa airport pag handcarry lang.

^minsan kasi sis, kahit konti na lang laman basta more than 100ml yong lalagyan kino-confiscate pagdaan mo sa x-ray machine

Mga sis pwede ba mag iwan ng gamit sa Changi Airport? kasi flight namin pauwi eh 6:00AM ng Monday so plano ko mag checkout na kami ng Sunday at iwan na yung gamit sa Changi tapos liwaliw na muna. Kasi yung pupuntahan naming event matatapos sya 1:00AM so after ng event didiretso na kami ng airport. Ang hirap naman pag bitbit namin mga gamit namin habang namamasyal or habang nasa event.  Tapos sya pa yung masave namin na 1night fee pag checkout kami ng Sunday since wholeday kami nasa labas at uuwi na rin early.

Mga sis, mga around how much per meal sa makasuntra? Sabi kasi ng sg based friend ko dun daw kami magdinner once para patry namin hawker foods. Ok ba dun sisses? 
Any feedback on holiday inn hotel orchard road? Dun kasi kami magstay. Thanks

^didnt eat there sis pero sa pagkakatanda ko nasa 5sgd ata? or meron 4sgd? hindi ko lang sure kasi dinaanan lang talaga namin sya

@princess lorraine normally sa hawker ay 3.50-5sgd per meal, okay ang food hawker centres. sa makansutra, kiko's lechon pa lang na-try ko. hehe

Marami bang mga different food stalls dun? Di kasi ako nakapunta dun dati eh. Mura pala ah.  Meron ba dun yng mga cereal prawns and hainanese chicken rice? Thanks

hi sis princess lorraine, depende ata kung sa oorder saka sa size ng servings. meron silang parang small/medium/large servings.

and i suggest try mo yung nasa bandang dulo, yung meron stingray, fried rice, chili crab (medyo pricey) and mee goreng (request for not spicy).

yung haianese chicken rice lagi ko nakikita, pero di ko pa na-try. hehe. yung cereal prawn, parang never pa ko nakakita sa hawker o di ko lang napansin. sa jumbo seafood ko pa lang na-try yung cereal prawn.

hello again mga sis, ask ko lang sana too early ba to look for hotels in agoda (april or may 2013) pa kasi trip namin, laging sinasabi na no available rooms for the chosen dates eh naisip ko baka kasi super early pa?

also, since orchard at sentosa lang naalala ko from my 2 previous SG trips isang 2006 at isang 2009 haha ano ba yung ibang areas ng hotel na we can stay? na malapit din sa orchard or sa marina area?

which of those kaya can i choose to narrow down my choices? budget namin is 6-7k sana per room.. if hindi kami kasya in 1 room we might get two rooms pero bababa na ang budget to mga 4-5k per room.

Sis paramore11, sige sis hahanapin ko yan. Miss ko na ang no signboard and jumbo seafood eh kaya kasali rin sa iti namin yun. Yung makasuntra 1st time ko palang mattry this time kaya super excited ako and ang mura niya ah! Thanks sis

Sis heaven scent, gie, too early pa nga kaya most of the hotels wala pang rates sa agoda. Maybe in the next few months lalabas narin mga yan. Super mahal na ng hotels sa orchard sis eh. You might want to consider staying in chinatown, lavender or bugis area. Madali lang naman din mag mrt sa sg eh. You check out v hotel lavender, hotel royal at queens, bayview hotel and peninsula excelsior. So far sis yan yung mga may friends ako na nagstay na ok naman feedback.  yung friend ko sa travel agency suggested santa grand in bugis. They have a family room rin. Ok naman daw and mas mura siya.

sis heaven scent, If you really want CBD Area like Orchard, Marina Bay and Clarke Quay or if Sentosa like Hard Rock Hotel.. medyo gipit onti sa budget mo but since maaga pa naman eh try mo to check often yung mga rates sa agoda.. minsan kasi may mga discount yung premier hotels.

Bugis, Novena, Balestier, Lavender, Chinatown and Geylang are very good options since sobrang lapit na din nila sa City Area and lahat halos connected na by MRT so hindi naman mahihirapan mag commute pag may kasama na kids.

Medyo malayo na ang East Coast, Changi, Katong, Jurong, Yishun and Mandai if you're going to choose hotels from that area..

ah kaya naman pala, haha causing panic kasi si agoda sakin kala ko fully booked na haha yun pala too early pa nga siguro hehe! last na punta ko kasi sa mandarin ako sa orchard nag stay yung katabi ng takashimaya na mall super love it kaso this time out of budget na kasi we are a big group

yey! naliwanagan na ako sa mga locations super thank you sis, i can ask hubby again if yun na ba talaga ang budget namin kung gusto pa niya add konti then maybe we can stay sa orchard or sa marina area, if not sasabihin ko sa kanya na we need to take MRT na iniisip ko kasi baka mahirapan kami if mag MMRT pa with kids pero since may yaya naman i think it won't be a hassle lalo na para mag fit sa budget
