mga sis how to use OPK? irregular yung mens ko so nahihirapan ako for the perfect timing. masama ba kung sumsakit lagi yung balakang pag mag kakaroon na?

naka visit din sa thread na ito   finally visited OB yesterday after 3 years since na d&c ako.  gusto na rin kasi namin magka baby, kaso suspect ko pcos ako.  so happy nakapagpa check ako kahapon.  OB advised me to lose weight kasi malaking factor daw yun sa conception bumongga kasi ang pag gain ko ng weight then binigyan nya ako duphaston for 10days after nun balik ako for ultrasoung magka period ako o wala to check yung status ng ovaries.  Hay didn't know everything, buti na lang andito GT
