Anybody in Bohol right now? Ok pa din ang weather at di maalon? Masarap ba ang food sa PINR or Bohol Beach Club (aside from Bohol Bee Farm)? Thank you!   Excited for next Saturday!

cebu-bohol din kami next month na...yay!  
11-15  pero baka 13-14 kami nasa bahol kasi cebu kami manggaling Manila-cebu-manila kasi tickets namin.sana may makakasabay kami sa country side tour sa bohol para tipid at sulit !kasi ako,hubby at baby lang eh!ito yung mga pinagpipilian ko...di bale ng hindi beach front,overnight lang naman kami papahinga lang sa bohol taz balik na cebu ulit.

^^^Just got in from Bohol. It was sunny when I left but for the whole week I was there ang weird ng weather. Cloudy tapos di uulan, sunny then biglang buhos. Some of the fields nga were flooded na. Buti na lang natapos ko lahat ng kailangan kong gawin.

Food sa BBC is average lang. By the way, BBC has been sold na (half of it anyway) to the Alturas group. Same Alturas who owns ICM, Marcellas and Alturas supermarket. There will be some changes later on.

Haven't tried the food at PINR but we always eat at BBF or at The Buzz Cafe at ICM. I love their organic salad and tanglad juice. They still have their meal buffet (served to your table) which is sulit if three or more kayo. It's too much pag dalawa lang kasi. Unless matakaw kayong dalawa.

If you can drop by the Dauis Church, they have Cafe Lawis. Masarap din their food. Try their pork humba or tuna/cheese in ube flavored panini then dessert is tsokolate or ube kinampay souffle. Their tangad (tanglad) drink is very good also.

We were able to check out Bellevue Beach Resort (buti na lang sunny that day!). Instead of checking in and availing of their promo, we just got their day tour of Php500 consummable. After lunch we got to check out their rooms which were okay but nothing out of the ordinary. Their eternity pool was nice and so's the beach area. Maliit lang yung lugar pala nila mas malawak pa rin ang Mactan Shangri-La.

Thanks for the heads up mama squeak!noted sis riandrew. I included talaga BBF lunch or dinner in our itinerary. pati yung floating resto kahit mixed reviews nababasa ko kasi first time to go to Bohol.
Ang mahirap lang talaga dun, magkakalayo yung mga towns kaya kung ano na lang yung pwede madaanan ng car svc.
Sana ok yung weather para d masayang yung dolphin watching. Thank you mga sis!

sis xiansmom ...sis bakit overnight lang sa Bohol, actually mas madame pang pwedeng magawa sa Bohol kaysa sa Cebu City lang kayo.. ang possible niyo pwedeng gawin is..

Day #1: Cebu City Tour/ pwede den Sky Adventure at night..

Day #2: pwede roam around the place or kung may budget ok mag Day Tour sa Shagrila

Day #3: byahe na ppunta ng Bohol take the Oceanjet 6am sched, pag dating ng port start na ng city tour, tapos diretcho hatid sa accomodation.. sis sa DBR2 na lang kayo mag stay kasi ok ang location dito sa P1,300 pwede na sa room...

Day #4: enjoy the beach, ang sarap mag beach sa bohol sis ito ang na miss namen nung unang punta namen dito way back 2008, kaya nag round 2 kame for bohol... masarap den naman kahit papaano relax kayo ng family...

Day #5: balik na ulit ng Cebu, kung matagal pa waiting time niyo pwede kayo mag ikot 2x sa SM para makabili ng pasalubong tapos balik na sa airport...

wala naman akong target na budget,basta kung worth naman puntahan,go lang!yung iba kasi masyado ng common na nakikita lang din sa ibang lugar,ayoko na pumunta sa ganun.sayang oras

re:DBR2 maganda parin ba beach nila?parang may nabasa akong di na daw ata maganda.
pero try namin puntahan din

last day namin,10-11pm pa naman yung flyt namin pabalik.uo may time pa kami mag-ikot.

sis xiansmom ...re sa cebu sis PM kuna lang maganda naman ang area ng DBR kasi mas tahimik daw compare sa Alona, kasi dun mas madameng tao at mga bars ...sa DBR kahilera lang siya ng Bohol Beach Club... kakapunta lang namen nung November nag enjoy naman kame lalo na daughter ko..

ayun sis ayos na ayos ang pabalik niyo ... so pwedeng kunin niyo ferry pabalik sa cebu from tagbilaran is 1:50pm - 3:30pm via Oceanjet, para may time pa kayo makabili ng pasalubong sa SM (pwedeng iwan ang gamit sa travellers lounge), then 6pm alis na kayo ng Cebu City para by 7pm andun na kayo sa airport para maka-check-in..

sisses btw, I somehow disagree na mas tahimik sa DBR side. Yes, konti ang resorts dun, but since there is an entry point in DBR (access to the public beach) it can get crowded too!. When we were there, ang daming tao tapos may mga huts na cottages din dun na napupuno ng mga locals lalo na sa gabi. think like san fabian or dagupan beaches in Pangasinan. parang ganun ang peg. tapos madalas pa low tide. I've been to both (Alona and DBR), and for me mas ok sa Alona side. Sa Alona Tropical kami nagstay dun. Siguro din kaya I like Alona (Alona Tropical side) kasi somehow parang secluded sya dahil nasa dulo na sya bago mag-Amorita. then may parang rocks/trees sa isang corner na nagseseparate sa kanya from the rest of the other resorts in Alona like Alona Kew, etc. It might be a different thing kung dun nga mag-stay sa hilera ng Alona Kew, etc.

I missed Bohol! We've been there way back 2009 for our wedding anniversary. Kay kuya Tatsky kami kumuha ng tour. And it's all hassle free! Nag stay kami sa Dumaluan Beach Resort na okay naman sa budget. We got a room for 1,300 per night. Super ganda din ng beach dun. Konti lang ng boats na naka park unlike dun sa Alona beach na nadaanan namin nung nag island hopping kami. I love the green mango shake from DBR Grill!

Wish to go back there with my daughter na.  Hopefully, Manila-Cebu-Bohol-Manila naman.

sis minaco_aino ...sis parehas pala tayo, we have daughters for the 2nd time talagang bumalik kame ng Bohol kasi yung beach ang na miss namen nun, nag countryside tour lang kasi kame nung 2008, sabi nga nila sana daw nag beach kame kasi sayang ang punta sa Bohol pag hndi nakapag beach... kame den sis sa DBR2 nag stay, tapos dinner ihaw ihaw sa DBR Grill hehe... pansin ko lang pag lunch, ma-fly dun, pero sa gabi naman wala na...

sayang nga sis hindi namen nakita ang Alona to compare, pero yun nga den sabi ng mga napag tanungan ko sa Alona raw may mga naka park na boats and mas madame daw ang tao sa Alona compare sa Dumaluan...nung time naman namen sa Dumaluan wala naman naka-park na boats kahit time ng sembreak yun... pero sabi ni sis matet dun siguro sa area kung saan sila nag stay excluded, depende lang siguro kung saan mag sstay sa Alona...

sis, dito kami mag-istay. Sa Sat na trip namin. first-time in Bohol. will let you know kung ok.

sis purpleish, agree! talagang maganda ang beach ng Bohol. After ng City Tour namin and island hopping, tambay mode lang kami sa harap ng shoreline nakaupo sa sand and kwentuhan. 

Food trip din ang ginawa naman sa DBR Grill. Well, kasi yun lang naman ang kaninan sa Dumaluan na mura.

Nakita namin yung Alona nung nag island hopping kami. Tinuro ng bangkero namin. Madami ngang nakapark na boats. Pag ganun hindi mo maaenjoy yung beach and swimming. Tsaka nagresearch din ako sa PEx forum and yun yung mga nakuha kong feedback and true enough.

But whatever shoreline or resort it is, super ganda ng Bohol!
