When did your toddler stopped wearing disposable diaper?

my baby is still wearing cloth/disposable diaper.  started to potty train but ayaw niya pa.  so we stopped muna.  will wait if my baby's ready na.

about 2 yrs old, only wore nappies when sleeping (nap in the afternoon and at night)
