When did your toddler stopped wearing disposable diaper?

^^ Aidan is always constipated din. Malakas naman siya uminom ng water. My husband said baka namana ni Aidan sa sister in law ko. Kasi constipated din yun hanggang nayon na may asawat anak na. hehe Hindi pa din siya nag poop sa toilet. Ang ginagawa niya, sa banyo parin siya pero nakatayo and yung potty niya nasa foot niya banda. Para in case mahulog e dun mag shoot. Kawawa nga e kasi most of the time, nahihirapan siya. To the point na you have to help him pull IT out of his butt. =(

^a bit OT...mahirap talaga if the kid is constipated. with our daughter, we had to rush her countless times to the ER because of this. Sabi nga ng gastro, we shouldnt take this lightly. kasi if it's physiological, dapat mahanapan ng solution. if it's psychological, you have to retrain the brain that pooping shouldnt be painful. It's a cause din for constipation if nauunahan na ng takot ang bata na masakit mag-poop. with my daughter she refuses to enter the bathroom once she has the urge. magtatago pa yan sa isang corner, hence a nappy is needed. Good thing with my daughter's case it was psychological lang. but the retraining took a long time and we had to take things one step at a time and on her terms.

yung baby girl ko rin hirap magpoop. pabalik balik sya sa cr pamg mapupoop na [textspeak!] tapos pag nakaupo na sa toilet ayaw daw lumabas kaya hinihilot ko nalng yung tummy nya. sabi ng mom ko baka raw sa gatas nya ..

I bought her cloth diaper na pull ups na nga eh pero sutil.. umiihi na siya sa pull ups kahit gising pa...kakaloka!

^Try mo samahan every few hours sa toilet to pee para masanay... baka mahirapan ka when she's in school na.

Natuto son ko when we enrolled him in preschool 2.5 years old... wala na pala nagda-diaper sa classmates nya... the teacher encouraged the students not to wear diapers anymore.  They just asked parents to bring extra undies in case of booboos.

ako sanay baby ko poop and pee sa toilet bowl. she's 2 years old. I used to bfeed her up to 9 mo., no problem with poop. pero ever since we started w/ formula dun na siya naging constipated. un ang naging start why we started putting her sa toilet bowl. medyo natrauma din siya dahil super tigas popoo niya. recently, before she turned 2, i started giving her fresh milk. parang di na naging katigas popoo niya

with her pee, i started to use cloth diaper at day time before mag 2 siya. sigro 1 year 9 mo. and then paulit ulit ko lang sinasabi sa kanya tell me if you want to pee. for 1 week, nagpee parin siya sa diaper or magsasabi siya, habang ngwiwiwi na. sguro in 2 weeks time, she would tell me, "mama pee". after that, i stopped using cloth and disposable during the day. except minsan pag nag na-nap siya. if nakatulog siya while drinking milk, i would put diaper. if not, d na. currently even if we go out, we dont put any diaper. bihira lang.

at night, dun nalang siya nkadiaper. tlaga tiyaga lang para makalessen sa expenses. malaking tipid pag di na nagdadiaper.  my next target is to wean her from drinking sa bottle. sana sa glass nalang parang no more washing of the bottle, pero medyo ayaw padin nya igive up  specially if she's sleepy. she wants it sa bottle. kailangan lang tlaga tiyaga, and training your kids to do these things.

Before my daughter turns 3, sa gabi na lang sya nag di diaper. A month after she turns 3, totally diaper free na siya. I did not train her, sya lang kusang umayaw, me mga instances na kahit naka diaper eh pinapatanggal ang diaper pag mag poop or pee siya. Di maiiwasan mag bed wet at night at first pero na overcome din nya. I just make sure na mag pee siya before going to bed and always naka ready ang baby toilet nya sa room.

My eldest boy was potty trained 2 months before he turned 3.
My twin girls, yung isa potty trained herself at 1 year 6 months while yung isa at 2 years and 1 month.

I think, what helped me potty train them was at 1 year old, panty/brief lang sila every morning. They didn't like the feeling of being wet. We also have the small potty and now the Mothercare Potty (the one you put on top of the toilet bowl works wonders!

We are currently training my daughter din to weewee sa potty train. Where do you put the potty train? Sa CR din? Nasa room kasi namin yung sa kanya eh. Isang beses palang siyang umaabot sa potty train niya pag naihi, laging nakakaihi na siya sa panty niya. Hehe.

for my son, we placed the potty trainer inside the bathroom para masanay sya na pupunta sa loob ng CR to pee. At first hindi talaga sya umaabot sa loob, mga 2 months din before nya masabi na he wants to pee and wait until makapasok sya sa loob ng bathroom. at 1.9 years old di na sya nakadiaper sa umaga. sa gabi na lang.

di namin kinarir ang pag potty train sa baby ko. Nabasa ko kasi dito, na dadating talaga yung time na aayaw sila sa diaper. True enough, ngayon 2 years old na siya, nagddiaper na lang siya pagmatutulog na siya. Minsan nga pag gising, di pa rin siya naka wiwi sa diaper.

Di namin na-experience yung kung saan saan lang siya mag wiwi or poop. She will always say na wiwi siya or pupu siya. Yun nga lang minsan, pag sinabi nyang pupu, wiwi lang pala gagawin nya.

Constipated din siya. Nido na milk niya. So lagi kame may yoghurt sa bahay as it helps her digestion so maganda ang pupu nya.

yep sis, pinaglalaruan nga pag nasa labas ng cr. yung anak ko dun nya pinapa wiwi yung mga bears nya pag nakikita nya sa labas. for poop naman nagstart kami na naka-upo sa toilet bowl pag huhugasan after nya mag poop, then 5 times a day pinapaupo namin sya kahit walang lumalabas, tapos hanggang masaktuhan  namin yung time ng pag poop nya. though nag ka-time na he'll hold his poop then ilalabas nya kapag nakasuot na sya ng diaper sa gabi, pero ngayon ok na ulit sya na sa toilet bowl sya mag poop.

Sa tingin ko naman sis, alam ng anak ko ang sinasabi ko about wiwi at pupu kasi inuulit niya tapos dine-demo niya sa akin eh, wala lang application na nangyayari. Nilalaro lang niya talaga ang potty train. Hehe. In time, matututo rin siya, nag uumpisa pa lang kame eh. Thanks sa tip sis!

di ako nahirapan with my son.. i dint potty trained him.. kusa na lang siya.. he was 2 when he totally stopped wearing diapers at night. 1yr. 8 mos. natuto siyang mag pee or poo sa toilet.

my ava is 4 yrs old and 3 mos na pero diapers pa din sa gabi, naiihi pa din sya sa bed pag walang diapers, pero pag lumalabas kami o nasa school sya, panty na lang sya, may dala na lang na extra panty si yaya nya in case na ma wiwi sya, one time naihi daw si ava sa school ayaw nya daw mag punta sa cr kasi dirty daw.

nag dadiaper na lang siya pag matutulog sa gabi at pag papasok sa school pero for the rest of the day naka panty na lang siya, btw she's 3 yo.

My daughter just turned 2 years old and I'm just starting to potty train her. She doesnt like to sit on the toilet cus she finds it disgusting. Pag morning, she doesnt wear diapers til bath time. She tells us if she wants to wiwi but usually kasabay ng warning yung wiwi na mismo hehe
