@sis khriseeee oo nga I noticed that with my baby as well, when she is not familiar with a certain food, I'll just tell her, "try it, its good", she will try it and will just tell me if she likes it or not.

^sis try www.babycenter.com, they have a lot of info....

Hi mga sis, I just started BLW-ing my daughter. So far, I gave her broccoli florets, slices of oranges, banana, potato, apple. Ano pa ba pwede ko bigay sa kanya? Nauubusan na ko ng ideas since hindi din naman ako mahilig sa gulay... Tapos here in Hong Kong they don't recommend BLW. From the sites naman medyo teknikal yung mga recipes hehe sis, pa-share naman ng mga binibigay niyo sa babies niyo and how do you make/cook it. Thanks!!!

^how long have you been BLW? Has your baby gotten the hang of chewing/mashing food? It's ok to rotate the food you have been giving. Other food items to try - organic puffs, teething biscuits, steam squash, green beans, plums, peaches, thing slices of bread, etc. I waited a few weeks before introducing protein, but when we did, I gave fish (salmon, gindara, lapu-lapu), and chicken. You can try lugaw or rice in soup.

Basically once your baby has the hang of chewing/mashing, she can eat whatever you eat, albeit it must be without salt, sugar, oily, etc.

you can boil the chicken for a start. With fish we steamed or lightly pan grill. I just made regular lugaw for some meals, usually with other food. There's nothing wrong with spoonfeeding naman, just not pureed food.
