Hello!

Am just new here. I came across about Cohen yesterday on Philippine Star and my research led me to this forum. Which am glad I did, since I'm a bit skeptical learning all the double digits people are losing.

Am just surprised, this thread has Part 3 na!...  :) Still backreading from Thread 1, am just inspired by the success stories of Achengtarush and Mamasqueak. Still reading on thru the threads, but I already set an appointment for next week. At the back of my mind, am already figuring out how to come up with the fee. Which hasn't changed since 2010?

Ok, some of the questions I'd like to post here before I head home:
1. Aside from the 55k (which is just the initial cashout+ blood test), how much did you alot in your budget for groceries and multivitamins/supplements (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly).
2. Did the member of household have to endure the same diet as you did? You have a separate grocery list for them?
3. On your weightloss, how did it affect your skin complexion, extra skins, hair etc?

That's it for now. Looking forward to reading your entries tomorrow (while I sneak from work, hehe).

Mga sis, I am planning on enrolling on Cohen kaya lang I am here in Singapore.  I just inquired and it costs SGD1980 (PHP65,000), when in Manila its only Php55k.  Now my question is, if I enroll in Manila, do I have to come home every two weeks for my blood test?  I can come home every month pero how frequent must be the visit to the center?  Mas mahal kasi if I take cohen dito sa SG.  Thanks for answering! :)

^May I ask sis if how many times dapat ang visit sa clinic?  Kasi I go home to PH every month.

^ the online program is only good for 12 weeks or 3 months unlike the clinic based program that runs for 6 months plus an extension of another 3 months if needed. Plus you get to consult with a live person on a monthly basis during weigh-ins.

Hi sis Mama Squeak, just to ask, do you visit the clinic only once every month?  Or there will be a time that its more frequent than once a month?  Thanks!

every month po ang weigh in...actually you dont have to go to the center just for the weigh, pwedeng itawag lang.....kung talagang may scheduled trip ka monthly sa pinas, pwede na siguro dito ka mag enroll. kaso kung may questions ka regarding sa plan mo, mag long distance ka pa. sa pagkakaalala ko hindi naman monthy nagpapakuha ng dugo ang ate ko..pero ask ko pa din

^Thanks sis.  Then I guess, its okay to enroll in PH unless somebody here says suggests otherwise.  For Php10,000 less, long distance calls are pretty much covered, if this is the only concern as there are budget cards here as well.

^Better to enroll here na lang since you get to come home every month naman pala. The blood test is done when you first enroll then after a month. Second month weigh-in lang, 3rd, 4th and 5th months with blood tests. In case you can't have your blood tests here, you can do these with another clinic and just scan the results to your consultant. You can communicate with them thru email naman. But syempre iba pa rin yung face to face communication.

By the way, they will be transferring to a bigger and better location at BGC this coming June 13. Their new address will be at Suite 808 The Infinity, 26th Street, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City. Sosyal na hehe   ;D

hello mga sis,

I just finished reading thru the three threads nitong CD.

I must say, you had me at thread 1 pa lang, hehe. galing ng mga success stories na nabasa ko. lakas makapag-motivate and convince.

im set to attend the info session this saturday, it's a start...

question lang po, meron po ba forbidden fruits and veggies sa stage 1 ng CD? ano-ano po yun? isip ko kase, baka sobrang limited ng food choices allowed, tas yung mga hindi ko pa kinakain na veggies yung pwede, another challenge sya for me...
