if ever ba, nasa 6th month na & hindi mo pa nareach yung goal weight mo, and you decide not to continue, bibigay pa din ba nila yung refeed plan mo?

bakit laging may sumisingit ng SureSlim?  This is about Cohen Diet.  Gawa na lang kayo ng sarili nyong thread.

camillet, since May 27, 2012, sumisingit ka na dito sa Cohen thread para isingit ang SureSlim.  I have nothing against SureSlim because I haven't tried that.

Pero I am against you promoting it in our Cohen thread.  Make your own thread and have others doing the diet answer you in that thread.

Parang sinisiraan mo pa ang Cohen diet e.  You brag about losing 7kilos in 3 months.  Well, I lost 25 kilos in 3 months doing the Cohen diet and even more after finishing the program. You even posted the price of 45k against 55 k for Cohen diet plus you jacked up the price to 85k kasi sabi mo with blood test. Ang galing mo naman pati blood test prices alam mo? E meron namang mura, yung presyo ng mahal na lab pa ata yang kinonsider mo.

You even mentioned na you transferred from Cohen to SureSlim. Really?  You enrolled in Cohen?  E bakit di mo tinuloy? Kung tutoo yan at tinuloy mo yang pinagmamalaki mong you lost 7 kilos lost in 3 months with SureSlim would have been 2 months or less with Cohen. Kung TUTOONG NAG COHEN ka.

Andaling balikan ng previous posts mo to check. Just saying.

Well i just want to give hope sa mga nireject ni cohen due to medical problems like me and my tita. If they were rejected by cohen, it's not the end of it all. May alternative pa. I only had 10 kgs to lose, so 7 kilos in 3 months is good enough for me. Happy na ako.

And no, I didnt undergo COhen. I applied with cohen but they had to refund me because of medical problem. I felt sad when they said hindi ako pwede mag-Cohen so I transferred to SS. I'm not saying Cohen doesnt work, all Im saying is may althernative.

I'm happy that you have lose 25kgs in 3 mos, but for sure sobrang daming excess skin nyan. With the program I had, I only needed 3 mos. My tita who had to lose 18kgs was enrolled for the 6mos program. Im really not bragging about the amount of weightloss I had with Sureslim, I guess mine is about healthy weightloss, especially may PCOS ako.

Oh well, here you go promoting SureSlim again in the Cohen thread.  Nothing wrong with SureSlim (maybe) as I have not tried it but PLEASE make your own thread.

It would be easier for those interested to look it up to as your thread has a title of SureSlim.  How would they know that they have to check the Cohen thread if they are interested in SureSlim.

Yun lang yun!

I started the thread for you na.  Para di magulo.

Anyone here tried enrolling online from the Philippines? My OB referred me if I wanted to have a baby daw. I will be US based kasi but will be here for a few months and I want to start with the Cohen diet na agad. I have a US issued credit card rin im not sure if it would matter. Sana pwede i need to lose mga 100lbs siguro :( So sad. Ang mahal kasi dito parang di makatarungan yung price difference.

^ the online program is only good for 12 weeks or 3 months unlike the clinic based program that runs for 6 months plus an extension of another 3 months if needed. Plus you get to consult with a live person on a monthly basis during weigh-ins. You can also get in touch with your dedicated consultant anytime during and after the whole program.

Yes, it may seem expensive to some but once you've seen the results every peso is worth it. I'm one of their satisfied losers, two years and counting!  ;D

hi mga sis! day 1 ko today on cohen. dapat last year pa ako pero nadelay due to unforeseen reasons. anyway, we're trying to conceive and sabi ng ob ko magcohen na ako tapos she gave me a number ng coffee crew para padeliver na lang ng meals. medyo mahal at 620 per day but i feel na mas ok na option yun for me kasi tamad ako magprepare. i had my breakfast today zucchini and cauliflowers na may mozzarella. it looked disgusting in the container pero masarap naman hehe! anyway good luck sakin talaga! need to lose 60lbs and make a baby in the process! :)
