HI Cohenites!

I back read and noticed that many here buy the Rizal Dairy yoghurt which is a tad cheaper than what I always buy, Bulla. How is the taste compared to Bulla for those of you who've tried both? Also, they have different variants, as per their list. They have plain yoghurt non-fat,low fat, and Greek. Which among these do you get? Which is the least sour? Hehe

Hi sis sisa16!

Hi sis francesigh! Thanks for your reply. Yun sinasabi mo 10 minutes ang preparation time, kasama na ba doon ang weighing up to cooking? Di ako talaga nagluluto before Cohen, so it takes me 30 minutes to 1 hour from weighing, food preparation, cooking up to packing my baon.

By the way sis sisa16, sana matuloy pagbalik mo this January para mag EB na tayo! Sana lahat ng Cohen members dito pumunta  ;D.

By the way Cohenites, yun parents ko naging interested sa Sureslim.

ang nabasa ko Sureslim is a Cohen clone. yung nagdevelop nun e dating tao or partner ni Dr. Cohen.

Yun daw ang one of the reasons bakit wala kayong masyadong makukuhang info about the Cohen Diet, kasi maingat si Dr. Cohen. Ni hindi nga nya daw pinublish tong studies nya about the diet. Malalaman mo lang yung tungkol sa diet once you're in.

@martintine, it's good you're back on the bus...  ;)  sige pag may eb meet tayo...  :)  regarding food prep, gawin mo na lang i-pre weigh mo na meal 2 and meal 3 protein mo during weekends na good for 7days, ilagay mo sa sa separate containers yung pang meal 2 and meal 3(ako i use color coded containers para mabilis madistinguish, tapos gawin mong chicken yung meal 2 and puro beef or seafood naman meal 3 para may choices ka sa protiens then freeze it. Then sa gabi mag defrost ka na ng protiens mo para pag gising mo veggies na lang prob mo.  kung lettuce or cauli rice yan mas madali pa, ako bumibili ako ng 3 florets of cauli tapos i grate it then ilagay mo sa lock & lock, tapos weigh mo na lang yung required amount mo sa umaga, kahit sa office mo na i-micro. Voila, instant meal...  :D
@poligals, try low fat greek yogurt ng rizal dairy, yummy parang ice cream! konting cinnamon powder at sweetener super yummy na nya.  Mas masarap yung bulla kesa sa non-fat, low fat natural at low fat creamy ng rizal. may 350ml size naman sila ka pwede mo try before you buy the 2kg tub.
@sherky, caulirice is just a simple grated raw cauliflower, 2-3mins in microwave lang siya kung lulutuin.

or if afford mo, mag order ka ng meals sa www.sexychef.com yan yung business nila rachel alejandro, they serve cohen meals at per meal ata cost 140 - 180 php. eh kung ang budget mo naman per meal ay 140. pwede na siguro yan =)

i agree with sis francesigh about sa tuna + cabbage. masarap sya. lately, nahihilig ako sa chicken paprika pero i am thinking kung allowed sa akin ang paprika.sa guide ko kasi nakalagay all herbs pero sa spices eh curry, cinnamon at mustard lang. i have to email 1PD. ;)

I cannot believe it! I lost 7 kg na and it is just my third week! :) :) :) Everybody was congratulating me kasi ang very rapid ng weight loss ko.

I emailed 1PD about it and they said na weigh in lang on the 4th week and they will inform me kung kailan ang next bloodtest. hahaha! Hindi lang ako makahintay. :)

Dont give up! Aja! ;D I have a favorite salad that you may want to try: Cook your protein (I prefer chicken) then Slice Cucumber, celery and lettuce (allowance). Paghalu haluin mo lang and add salt + pepper + mayo. In my case, I also include apple tapos ilalagay ko na sa fridge. Goodluck!

@sis sisa, yup allowed ang paprika, spicy or normal paprika pwede natin gamitin. yan ang ginagawa ko pag nagccrave ako sa shawarma, chicken + paprika + garlic powder marinated overnight tapos iniiwan ko lang sa non stick pan until maluto walang oil so parang grilled ang dating =) hehe

pag kailangan nyo ng pang tamad recipe, mag-vovolunteer ako magbigay hahahah. madami ako nun :D

Guys, have your heard about slender bites? They deliver for cohen and hcg dieter! Wow! How convenient. Preparing my meals everyday is such a hassle especially for someone who doesnt cook. I want to try them for a week and see if its worth paying nalang instrad of making my own meals.

After my long absence, im finally back! Im on cohen for about 2.5 weeks already. Yey!

Sisa16 try pesto salad. I love it with chicken or tuna. Just chop basil and garlic and mix it olive oil then with your chicken or tuna. Fry fry konti then u can eat it with salad greens. Yumm! By the way, dun sa isang page ng eating plan andun sked ng blood test. I forgot lang what page. You can just compute from the day you started

Jhoanneaganda if your part of the program na, you can consult them naman anytime. Yung initial orientation to know more about the program is free.

Cristal how much? May website ba sila?

@cristal, regarding Slender Bites medyo nakakatakot ata mag pa service sa iba, how sure are you na tama yung timbang ng food mo and kung tama yung pag cook, I don't know if it's just me being a control freak pero its quite scarry...
@Sisa, try mo chicken arroz caldo, stir fry lang yung chicken and onion tapos add water and caulirice, tapos salt, pepper & ginger powder, ito ang tamad recipe ko... try mo naman siya.  Ilang lbs na naloose mo?

A friend of mine is stressing over her blood results. The lab didn't send her lab results yet, probably by Friday. She's worried that she'll be denied. Just want to help her. Would you guys know what to watch out for once her results are out (like if high in sugar or uric acid most probably rejected) since the 2 week wait might be too long for her to find out wether she's in or out. She's a total wreck now! All she can think about are her results and how much she wants to go on Cohen.

Maintenance na? Wow! How much did you lose and how long did it take you?

Regarding hairloss, what did your consultant say?

Sis, fresh pick, for Cohen parang 2,400-2500 pesos a week. Just google nalang their name.

Sis amberstar, they said they really cater for Cohen. They will just ask for your food allowance. I just have to trust people especially if that's what they do. Wala Kasi akong time to prepare all the food everyday. I'll update you guys nalang if ok :)
