hi Ladies,

Sad ako kasi nabatas ako ng Admin. :( :( :( I broke some rules, kaya need ko magdahan dahan. Anyway, musta na tayong lahat? Lately, I am not feeling well. Today, 134/96 ang BP ko. I do not know why, maybe bec mainit dito saka under a lot of stress ako lately.

@francesigh, [textspeak!] brand ng US mozarella na fat free is Limited. Sa Lulu ko sya nabili dito, though, i am not sure kung meron sa Dxb ng lulu.

Tanong ko nga po pala, sa mga coffee drinkers na Cohenites, anong brand ng coffee ang take nyo? Since hindi allowed sa atin ang creamer, I thought of not using instant. Or kung instant man, yung ok ang lasa. any suggestions?

Also, today is my 10th day na walang carbs (clap, clap). ;D ;D ;D i am really craving for soup and savory dishes so sana makapagpigil ako or makagawa ako ng solution sa predicament ko ng walang deviation. I havent weighed myself since and I felt na parang walang nababago sa hehe.I really really want to weigh pero sabi ko sa sarili ko,dapat after one month ko gawin yun. Pero feeling ko walang nababago, well, sabi lang ni boyfriend parang lumiliit na tummy ko.. Ganito din ba kayo? :)

@freshpicks, thanks din to you, nalaman ko na di lang pala fresh mozza ang tinda nila :) bihira na kasi ako bumili ng Rizal, dinadayo pa kasi. Mas madalas Yoplus ang binibili ko.

Hi sisa16!

Example, nagluto ako ng chicken arroz caldo for 3 meals, eh ang hirap yata hatiin at i-measure ang vegetable and meat allowance para sa isang meal  ??? . Thank you very much for your comments

kreez, masarap din yun beef tacos and apple tart. Mag-share ka pa para di boring  ;D

@acheng, i thought of that too, na mag 2 weeks on then off for few days 2 weeks on uli, kaso feeling ko I'm fooling myself lang, kaya tangap ko na, mag rerefeed nalang uli ako.  By the way ilang lbs ba need mo i-loose?  Baka naman kaya na ng 14days lang, ang bilis ng effect sayo eh, 8lbs in 1week... wish ko lang ganun din ako kaso I know it won't be (thanks to my thyroid prob) :( 14th day ko na tom so mag weigh na ako tom am.
@sisa, I'm not a coffee drinker so i can't help you with that, i go for tea, jasmin or green tea ang choice ko.  Wait mo mag 4th week saka ka mag weigh para dramatic ang effect... ;)  kung napansin ng bf mo na lumiliit ang tyan mo that only means na lumiliit ka talaga. :)
@martintine, yes mahirap mag bulk cooking, parang ang dirty naman nun kung iweigh mo uli yung meat after cooking, per meal talaga ang luto ko all through out the program.  Mahal man at matrabaho pero worth it naman.

@acheng, nope I'm not an active FB cohen group. So decided ka na ba mag refeed? inexplain ba sayo ang science over 14days ep and refeed? I think kaya na kung 3.5lbs na lang habol mo, i think you could do it ng less than 14days...

@acheng, same tayo ng hinahabol, 3.54lbs sa high range and 10.16lbs sa low range naman sa akin. mas mabilis effect sayo ng EP eh  so kkayanin mo nga ng less than 14days... E kung high range muna kaya habulin mo, then eat refeed day 10 & above(mix protein) food amount tapos sabay exercise?  Do you think it would work?

martintine thanks for the suggestion. i was able to buy a spray bottle (2 in 1 sya) at Living Well in MOA for only Php 275. Naubusan na kasi sila nung spray lang. You can check it in my blog, naglagay ako ng photos dun. Hehe. By the way, mukhang hindi ganun ka-exact if bulk cooking kasi diba dapat raw imemeasure yung food?

achengtarush you're welcome. market market is quite accessible to me kaya dun ako bumili ng yoghurt. how much ba yung yoplus?

To everyone based in PH Meron na bang updates kung meron nang jacobs crackers?

^sis, re bulk cooking feeling ko precise (or minimal margin for error) pa rin sya kasi like what i did yesterday, I batch cooked tinola, I weighed my allowance for 5 days (kunyari 500) tapos I sauteed it with onion and garlic, so I deducted that from my veggie allowance (halimbawa ang veggie allowance ko 110, ginawa ko kinuha ko yung 10 for each day tapos I had 50grms for my onion and garlic).  Nung luto na I separated the meat from the broth then I weighed it again so kunyari ang cooked weight eh 400 so that means 80grams per day, then I weighed the broth so kunyari 500grams eh di 100 per day.  I separated them na in different containers.  tapos the rest of the veggie allowance nilalagay ko nalang pag iniinit ko na.  pwede din ang gamitin nalang is powdered onion and powdered garlic kasi yun wala masyadong restrictions so talagang meat nalang ang iweweigh mo sa huli:D HTH

It works for me naman, hindi naman naapektuhan ang weigh loss ko kahit this is what I did last week for my nilaga :D

@freshpicks, merong jacobs low salt hi fibre (box) sa landmark and hitop, just went there yesterday.  If kaya naman wag ka na mga bulk cook, kasi hindi consistent, like if nag sahog ka ng onion, diba onions should be more or less 20g lang per day, so paano mo ma measure yun? But anyway do whatever is easy for you. ;) bulk cooking is still better than deviations... :)
@acheng, It's my 14th day today, and I'm still continuing EP since di ko pa na reach kahit high end range ng weight goal ko so that means I'm doing refeed for sure na.  Do you happen to know if we're allowed to eat aged beef steak?

@acheng, at first yun din nasa isip ko, hassle ang refeed, pero this time I'm treating my maintenance as extension of refeed (so might as well do the refeed), as in continued experimentation, hoping this would work for me to maintain long term.  I'll keep in touch and share ko mga experiment ko.  IMO, 19days of refeed is too short... tapos sobrang vague naman ang rules sa maintenance guidelines natin.  So i therefore conclude that continued experimentation is the key... mwahahaha... I'm keeping my scientist hat on! :P I'm planning to be smart this time... "Failing to plan is planning to fail"
