I love their spinach artichoke and grandmas sandwiches. Hubby's new favorite is their brewed coffee since the refill is just 60php

Lakwatsa, last week when I went to their store, down yung system nila. They did not give me a free upsize but they credited the star days after.

^Really? All the stores I've been to gave me complimentary upsize naman. Kainis naman yung branch na yun!

hay naku mga sis kainis yun sa one ecom branch! di pala naswipe yun card ko so wala sa receipt ko na maccredit yun star after 3 days. nun bumalik at sinabi ko parang ang gusto lang mangyari nun baristang isa e sorry na lang kasi daw kesyo naconsolidate na yun sales nun baristang nag take ng order ko. sabi ko so pano na? pinapatawag ako sa customer care nila tapos dun ko daw ipacredit. itatawag nya din daw tapos kinuha nya yun card number ko. up to 10pm naman daw yun. wala man lang inoffer na kahit anong pampalubag loob.

kakatawag ko lang din kanina sa customer care nila and guess what? di pa naitawag nun barista yun concern ko! hay naku! super hassle pala!

^Kaya ako pag offline sila, I see to it na chinecheck ko talaga yung receipt kung na-swipe pa rin. If I were the barista, I would have offered you a free coffee na lang para tapos na. Tutal may free naman sila kada shift nila. Oh well, pabayaan mo na yun sis. Not worth the hassle. Unless madaming coffee ang binili mo that time?

Ang basil hindi leaves but pesto. The bread wasn't good too.

I heard the bagel with cream cheese and jam is good though!

Was able to get a free drink after 12 stars, another free one after registering and
