Hi! I contacted Natural Art by Abie Tan. Found them sa isang bridal fair. She quoted me total of 105k (discounted) including entourage flowers. This is for 300 guests in a hotel setup. Share ko na lang yung rough breakdown:
16k+ - entourage (w/ 10 pairs ninong-ninangs)
34k+ - 23 tall arrangement guest table w/ other details & table num
7.5k - 3 VIP table arrangements
15k - backdrop
30k - 2 presidential tables
5k - entrance arrangement
free - cake table arrangement
She also sent sketches based sa pegs na sinend ko. Reasonable price siya. Half lang siya ng quote sakin ni Michael Ruiz (200k). Prob ko to kasi kapag dinidiscuss na kay h2b at sa mga kinauukulan ang price ng styling, naooverwhelm sila. Parang napakalaking pera yung sa decors lang

Laki ng budget ninyo mga sis for styling. Sa case ko, kung sakaling kukuha na lang ako ng OTD Coordinator, tapos ako bibili sa Divi or mag-DIY ng decorations for the reception, pwede kaya na yung paglalagay and pag-aayos ay maging part na ng ibabayad ko sa OTD?

^you have to make it clear sa coordinator mo sis, kadalasan kasi hindi naman talaga covered ng job nila yan. pwede sila mag"assist" or mag-oversee lang nung ginagawa ng team ng stylist to make sure masusunod pa din yung original nyo pinagusapan. pwede siguro yan kung super simple ng ipapadagdag mo like kung may 1-2 piece lang na items ka ipapalagay sa table center. still, ask your coordinator para clear din.

^ We asked for quotations from several events stylist before we finally booked ours. Based on the quotation, the rates/prices includes everything, candles, flowers, drapes, vases crystals, for some the fruits for offertory is also included.

Everything's included na including rent for vases, props etc. Just ask for the breakdown like how much for the bouquets, church styling and reception styling, including rent for props, vases etc. That way you know where you can haggle =)

*haaaay* what a relief! kala ko pf lang nila yun. i'm now trying to contact diff. stylists, as of now i inquired to jo claravall, gideon hermosa, and henry pascual. sad to say, none of them replied yet.

Sisses, anyone here knows about Flowers Unlimited from Cainta? Do you have an idea kung magkano inaabot sa kanila? Nafifeature kasi ang works nila sa Bride and Breakfast, mukhang maganda. Thanks!

I am inquiring with Henry Pascual and Gideon Hermosa.

I've met Henry and he's super duper bait. Surprisingly humble given his stature in the industry, and very very creative. He really listens to your ideas and looks carefully at your pegs to gauge your moods and style, and tries to create an event that fits your personality. His works are amazing as you can see in his Facebook page, and Henry has this gift of creating magical interiors from scratch. I think his price is on the high side but I really feel that with Henry, wala ka nang i-poproblema pang masyado. You can just relax at your wedding. Am still waiting for his quote though but feel his prices are similar to Gideon Hermosa and Pido.

Meanwhile, Gideon's quotation was around Php 265,000-Php 295,000 for 450 to 500 guests. I think this is already a comprehensive quote for both ceremony and reception, though hall draping is not included. I have yet to meet him, but his assistant was very timely naman in emailing his packages, which includes:

^ Is that the initial quotation from Gids? Or his quotation after you've discussed your peg na? With my experience kasi, his assistant was very prompt in replying to queries pero after meeting Gids and provided him my pegs, I kept waiting for the revised quote. It never came kahit ilang follow up ginawa ko. I was anticipating kasi na aakyat yung quote sa akin given my requests. Curious lang ako malaman how far off from the original quote yung new quote. hehe

^ Bio initial quotation from gids was 200k.  He sent me the final quotation 3 to 4 weeks after our meeting. It went up to 265k without church styling. so the 265k only includes reception and the bouquets/ boutonnieres.

^ Ok, thanks sis! Di ko din kasi alam how basic the inclusions in his packages are. Pero Gids is really good, I like his work din. Anyway, good luck with your preps!

@Bio, yes he is really good. But I liked teddy manuel better and mukhang mas sulit din siya considering that he just quoted 245k without church styling

^ I actually got Teddy in the end. In addition na he replies kaagad, we really clicked. Never got the chance to compare pricing na because Gids never got back with his revised quote.

I actually inquire 3 stylist na. Jo Claravall, henry pascual and scentaflora si Jo pa lang nag reply sakin but i waited 4 weeks for the reply. but I think comapred sa 3 stylist si jo ang mas cheaper base sa qoute nya and sa mga nabasa ko dito..
