I got Gids din =) I've read how it's hard to contact him but in my experience so far wala naman ako problem he's always there during our meetings and I can feel his excitement to think of ideas for our big day.

He's really sweet and down to earth=)

Thanks for sharing spiltmillc! I really like their style based on the photos in their website. Although they don't have pictures yet for actual wedding setups. Sa sobrang excitement ko minessage ko agad sa FB. I hope they have good and affordable rates. Kahit konti lang yung flowers, maganda na tingnan.

We had our wedding last Saturday and Teddy really met my expectations! I was very specific that I did not want over-the-top styling with flowers, which is usually so Teddy, with lots of candelabras and props. Na-hold back niya yung kabonggahan and was able to give me clean, classic-chic and streamline styling. At first my groom was surprised bakit daw hindi super styling but na appreciate niya yung clean looks, which registered well in the photos and videos. Plus, super-stress free kausap, not hard at all to contact and set appointments with, so flexible and accommodating with revisions and requests, just tell him what you want and rest assured, he'll actualize your vision. Talked to Melanie of something pretty and she is very nice and very prompt on answering emails. We might get her na as our event sylist. I am excited.

yeah, i agree, she's very nice to talk to and very affordable and quotation nya sa akin.. i'm just waiting for her to send the mood boards baka i-book na rin namin siya..

Newbie here  What are the advantages of getting an event stylist?

Do caterers do event styling na or do we really need to book a separate event stylist? I am thinking of getting a caterer with an upgrade kasi for venue decoration but is it more practical to get the basic food package nalang from the caterer and book a separate even stylist?

- it is more affordable if you'll get the caterer same as they are your stylist atleast every detail is well coordinated.
You try Queensland Catering at Las Pinas , based from there FB fan page they are doing the same and good feedback sa quality ng food

hi sisses... nagDP na ako kay melanie from Something Pretty.. super accomodating nya talaga and proactive.. very creative and i'm so happy i found her here sa GT.. i hired her team for reception styling.. ours kasi is more of a vintage rockstar theme and super nice nung ginawa nyang mood boards for us and she only quoted me 8k for the whole styling package plus OOT lang kasi tagaytay wedding kami... i never thought makakahanap ako na super ok and affordable na stylist..

she also offered styling sa prenup namin na super mura lang din... here's her fb page, just drop her a message if you're interested.. say hi na lang din to her for me haha, she knows me as ketchup..

Got a reply na from SP. She said she'll make a mood raw. How long does it take till she sends a mood/peg? so exciting!!!

Mabait talaga si Melanie and very proactive. Mabilis din sya magreply. In my case 3-4 days before she sent me her mood board. In fairness to her, mura talaga sya compared sa ibang stylist na kung magquote ay 100k and above. Haha kalorki.

Sis mrsjaborts, ano inclusion ng 8k mo sa kanya? Mas mura kasi quote nya sayo kesa sakin. Haha ang pinasama ko kasi couple's backdrop, 12 tables for centerpc and registration table.

sis mrsjaborts kami next month pa kami magdodown kay SPM. ang mura nung syo sis, depende talaga siguro gano kadami yung isstyle nya.

sis summer_princess, sa akin naman 2 days bago sya nagreply. i think after na irecommend ng isang sis natin dito si SPM, mejo nagiging busy na sya.
