I'm sure KC invested a lot in her condo unit to what it is now.  Nag tripping kami dyan mga 2 months ago and I was not that impressed sa mga model units shown to us for the price they're asking but because it's Ayala and location is at the Fort and therefore the price is sky-high.. but I was very impressed on how KC was able to transform/decorate/furnish her unit to a very classy, homey and charming place.  Thanks for our sis who posted the video links of KrisTV

Ha Ha walang 5million na unit sa serendra sis. ha ha..talking about serendra Condo AT THE FORT AREA not SMDC lang..mga condo's ngayon na average is pumapatak na sa 5m to 7m. eh lalo pa serendra THE FORT. pagkakaalam ko 5M per square meter dun...

im a former broker in PH and this is not true. 5M per sqm is too much. pre selling ng serendra units before meron 5m for studio units.

ang ganda ng condo nya and im very very sure she invested millions and millions of peso para dun no doubt and argument about it.

BUT 5M per sqm is definitely a NO. sobrang mahal yun. no question na serendra is one of the most expensive pero OA at exaggerated ang 5M per sqm.

or any real data to support the claim na 5M per sqm?

natawa naman ako habang nagbabackread parang last month pa to pinag-uusapan ang cost ng condo ni KC hanggang ngayon may debate pa rin...ha ha funny lang..gusto ko yung condo niya kasi di maburloloys. simple lang pero elegant...love the lighting. galing.

nung 2006 and first phase pa lang, the smallest unit (studio) is only 3.5m. this is in serendra two btw. mas mahal kasi sa serendra one. kaya jackpot mga unang-unang nakabili.
