^ hi sis, you can try to backread.  same cost of living lang mapa-Shah Alam man or KL.  There are lots of shopping store here in KL starting from Bukit Bintang area all the way to KLCC.  yong per day mo, depende kasi kung ano ang transportation means mo, san ka kakain, etc.  ako RM10 per day lang sobra na e.

Dear sisses, im on the way to kl, today, would like to seek help onthe following questions
1. Public transpo in petaling jaya, 24jours?
2. Mall store hours? Till what time? Which mall is near hilton?
3. Please suggest an area i can visit tonight just around petaling jaya?

sis beautymom, here's my answers:
1.  Public transportations here like trains and bus are not 24 hrs.  Only cabs.  Pero pag cabs, from 12mn to 6am, there is an additional 50% charge from the metered fare.

2. mall hrs. usually from 10am to 10pm.  The nearest mall i Hilton PJ is i think AmCorp mall and siguro 1 Utama.  you have to go all the way to KL for the malls.

3.  You can go and visit 1 Utama na lang.  Walang masyado sa PJ e.

from airport to PJ, either you take bus to KL sentral then from KL sentral take the Putra LRT, baba ka ng Kelana Jaya.  From there, me mga bus or taxi pero ingat ka kasi madaming taxi don nangongontrata.  or from airport mismo, take the cab, from airport to PJ mga nasa RM65-70 daw sabi ng officemate ko taga PJ.

^ ok naman sa KL Bird Park, kasi super close encounters with the birds.  Though maliit lang siya.  I only went there nong nakabili ako ng groupon for that, hehe.

Thanks so much sis purple, from hilton to one utama, how do i commute? Or if taxi, around how much, still in changi pa, eta kl 2pm. Thanks so much sa inputs, il go to one utama later. Dito din b ok to shop?

siguro pag taxi, nasa RM10-15.  matraffic kasi sa PJ sis e kaya sobrang di adivsable pag peak hours mag-taxi.  ok to shop sa 1utama.  nakakalito nga lang kasi madaming shops.  of course better pa rin if you have time to come over here in KL at least you get to see Petronas, KL tower and shop more.  pero naguulan din kasi sa hapon e.

Di ko pa napupuntahan ang petronas! Il try tom. Dito ako 1utama, laki pala. Sis, iba pala ang orientation ng mga sockets dito. kaya ako nagpunta dito is because the hotel has no free wifi kaso naman ndi pala fit ang charger ko sa mga socket dito

^ try to ask the hotel if they have adaptors, usually meron yan.  pinas lang naman kasi naiiba ang socket e, hehe.

Mga sis pahelp naman po. Will be going to KL jan 10 12 midnight dating namin, what hotel kaya near dun?
Please suggest IT po, plan kasi namin genting, petronas pwede sa 2 days then travel to johor bahru by bus for legoland then bus to SG dun na kme exit to manila. Kami ng husband ko at yun 7 yr old son ko. Wala pa ako ticket SG-mla kasi not sure ilan days dapat sa mga lugar ba ito. Thanks in advance po!

^^ sis, i replied your pm na.  di ko maintindihan kung January 10 ba ang punta mo dito or other dates, or anong month exactly ng '10' ang punta mo?

hi sis purphle! i would just like to ask where we could get a bus ticket to star mart express from kl going to singapore? i've been checking this online but cost of ticket is 30 sgd. i read in this forum that its cheaper if you will be coming from kuala lumpur to sg since bus ticket is in myr but all tickets i'm seeing  online sites are in sgd. we will be arriving in kl on nov 28 and will be leaving for sg on nov. 30.

^ sis, walang online kasi from KL to SG ang starmart express e, you need to buy it mismo sa bus stop sa may Berjaya Time Square.
