^ sa October pa kami sis, but yong officemate ko sinabi niya na magsasawa daw sa seafoods don   Redang is like Perhentian din pero mas malayo ang Perhentian kasi e.  Yup, commercialized na nga ang Langkawi ngayon.  Pero, I'm telling you, wag na magexpect sa beaches dito, heehe.  (naalala ko rin nong nagpunta kami ng Phuket akala ko naman parang Boracay, di mo nga maliguan ang beach sa Patong area at di maganda e).

we will be going to Malaysia In august for 4 days. And I dont know what we will do there for 4 days haha hindi mahilig dad ko pumunta sa tourist spots so puro malls lang ata mapupuntahan namin,

Any suggestions po? San po okay na area magstay if shopping ang gusto and or may mura ba na hotel malapit sa petronas?

^when are you coming over here?  peak season ang august kasi.  it's a holiday here on Aug 20 & 21, tska aug 31. 

It will be good if you stay aroud Bukit Bintang area if you plan to shop.  Yon ang shopping area dito sa KL.  Malapit lang naman ang Bukit Bintang at petronas e.  There's actually a walkway from Pavilion mall direct to KLCC.

hello!

ask ko lang kung [textspeak!] ba ang current rates for taxis sa KL? how much ba dapat i-budget for:

1. LCCT -> KLCC (to and from)
2. KLCC -> Beryl's Chocolate Kingdom (Jalan Utara)
3. KLCC -> Central Market

Also, for those who have been to Johor Bahru:

1. Johor Bahru airport -> Sutera Mall

kung mangongontrata sila, sa anung presyo ok pumayag? or anung presyo dapat insist ko?

walkable ba mula ba from Suria KLCC to Pavilion KL?

para lang may dala kaming budget enough for worst case scenario na mapilitan kami mag-taxi.

magkano din ang kelangan na food budget per person sa restaurants sa malls? do they accept credit cards?

Hello GTalkers!

Meron lang kaming one day to stay in KUL, dadating kami ng 3pm sa main terminal and the following day around 2 or 3pm din, aalis na kami to SG. Anong 2-half day activity ang ma-i-sa-suggest nyo? Aside from that, sana yung free or mura lang entrance kasi I'm sure hindi namin masusulit dahil nga limited ang time.

I'm thinking na sa HalfDay1 (pagdating namin ng 2pm), mag-city tour lang kami. HalfDay2 (morning of the following day before going to SG) pwede kaya ang Batu Caves?

^^ oc addict, eto mga sagot ko sa tanong mo:
LCCT to KLCC is nasa RM 70-90 siguro depende sa traffic.  Para makamura, pwede kayong mag-bus na lang to KL Sentral (RM9) then from there, mag-taxi na lang kayo, less than RM20 yon, baka nga nasa RM10 lang, pero take the taxi na naka-queue sa 1st floor.  me kiosk na don na bilihan ng taxi coupon.  oR from KL Sentral, pwede kayo mag-tren direct to KLCC via the Putra LRT line (KLCC station), nasa less than RM2 ata pamasahe or RM2.10.

KLCC to Beryl's, di ko lang alam kasi di ako nagpupunta don kahit me bisita ako since makakabili naman ng Beryls sa mga Famous Amos stalls.  Siguro nasa RM20-30 to.

KLCC to Central MArket, eto pinakamatraffic.  Baka nasa less than RM20.  Pero mag-tren na lang kayo from KLCC station to Pasar Seni (Central Market) station.  Less traffic, mas mura pa.

Merong walkway from KLCC to Pavilion at tagusan ang Pavilion mall sa Bukit Bintang.  Mas madali maglakad around the city (Golden triangle-Bukit Bintang KLCC area) than taxi kasi super traffic dito esp. pag peak hours.

for the food, mag-budget na lang kayo ng RM10-15 per person sa isang kainan, pero depende pa rin yan sa kakainan niyo.  Most restos accept credit cards but not fast food chains.

^ badmonkey, i suggest you just walk around KLCC(Petronas) - KL Tower - Bukit Bintang area via the walkway then next day you can go to batu caves.  Pero be sure na umalis na kayo ng KL ng 11 am papunta airport kung ang oras ng flight niyo is 2pm.  Allot 1.5 hrs from KL to LCCT.

sis badmonkey pwede for batu caves, agahan niyo na lang punta niyo para di kayo mahassle/rush papunta sa airport after.. I'm not sure what time ang open ng KTM Komuter to Batu Caves from KL Sentral, I think around 6 am.. Mas ok mas maaga pumunta dun kasi di pa mainit at onti pa tao... :-)

Hindi kami mag-plane to SG, by bus lang. Dun kami stay sa flat ng friend ko near the First Coach bus terminal to SG. I ask him kung anong terminal sila malapit nakatira? Siguro ganun na nga lang, tour within the city and Batu Caves. I will read/plan more and post here for my questions.

this friday night na punta namin ng KL but wala pa akong confirmed hotel reservation.  prefer ko sana Bukit Bintang area then kahit simple lang basta maayos, kinancel ko reservation namin sa replica inn upon reading reviews. We are 4 and nahihirapan ako magbook sa Agoda or Booking.com, most kasi dun good for 2 pax lang. Max sana is 250RM for one room. Fullybooked na Rainforest, Bintang warisan no avail triple room as well as Radius hotel. Hmm any suggestions mga sis?

so mas ok talaga to walk / train na lang to get around dahil sa traffic? to get back to LCCT, mas ok ba to take the train from KLCC tapos bus or to take the shuttle from KLCC -> LCCT? traffic-wise, how many hours before the flight dapat umalis from KLCC-LCCT (9:00 pm flight on a friday) kung shuttle or kung train+bus?

yung bus ba from LCCT to KLCC 24 hours ang service? 12:35 am kasi yung dating namin.

^ pag wala kayo dalang luggage, ok lang mag-train to KL sentral.  Sis, nalilito ako sa yo, hehe.  Hotel niyo is KLCC area?  alam ko meron bus sa LCCT na nagdo-drop off sa mga hotels esp. sa KLCC  area.  you can check out LCCT website.

hindi naman siya 24 hrs pero meron pa ri ng ganyan na time pag dating niyo ng LCCT.  pag dumarating kami ng ganyan time from Pinas, meron pa rin bus.

if your flight is 9 pm and you are coming from KLCC, then you need to be in the airport by 7pm so alis kayo ng KLCC ng mga kahit 5 pm, friday pa naman yan.  actually, kung makakaavail kayo ng shuttle bus ng KLCC to LCCT, i-avail niyo na rin. same time din lang ang i-allot niyo na time allowance kasi iisa lang naman ang daan ng bus from KLCC at yong KL sentral.  at least oag yong KLCC bus, isang sakay na lang kayo.

the hotel looks nice, down ang online reservation nila so naginquire ako tru Email, prompt reply naman but sadly, fullybooked na din sila.
Sa Corona Inn na lang kami, panget reviews but pwede na din siguro kami dun. We will be checking in late naman and early checkout. 

3 days to go and hinde pa ayos Itinerary namin.So far Batu Caves, Genting and Petronas pa lang and all of them in 1 day, We still have 1 whole day na wala pang plans. Ano meron sa Sunway Lagoon? considering the admission ticket price, sulit ba?

Until what time mga malls in Bukit Bintang area?

^ sunway is a water themed park, tapos katabi lang niya ang sunway pyramid mall.  never been there parang enchanted na may swimming pool  

why don't you do a whole day HOHO para magamit yong isang araw niyo sis?
