nope pero pag sale kasi dito usually mababa ang price e.  nagpost ako sa kabilang thread ng dates ng sale dito.  pero you can always check out other shops as well kasi mall wide ang sale dito.  if malaysian brand, yon nga vinnci and nichi.

ang year end sale starts from nov10 to jan 1 so abot ka sis!

thanks mga sis... if waste of time talaga going to genting highlands hindi na lang namin sadyain at siguro pag kasma ko mga kids ko tsaka nalang ang legoland. For now gusto namin iexplore ang malaysia and Ive been to universal SG kaya ayoko muna mag sidetrip.  Anyway matagal pa naman kami Oct 11-14. Sis purple the best place to book ng accommodation sa bukit bintang ba? Yun kasi unahin kong plan ang mag book ng hotac (hotel accommodation). Much better if may ma rent nalang kaming house were nine person kaso yung pina review ko sayo before sabi mo malayo at masyadong mahal kaya hindi ko narin pianatuloy... Anyone na baka may alam please let me know... thanks =)

^Charles & Keith pala malaysian brand? I bought a flats sa Nose, for RM53 only since 10% ang new collection, pero yung mga wedges niya and heels mura din!

@psyche18R: yung Batu caves hindi recommended ng iba eh, unless you're religious and stuff. mag Sky Bridge na lang kayo

@sis phurple0515: nagtrain kami until the end of mrt (Tamah something ata) then cab na kami going to Genting since naghahabol kami ng oras. 5:45pm kasi flight namin, 11 na kami dumating ng Genting. tapos nung 3pm, 4:30 na next available bus, RM4.20 lang! yun cab ayaw patawad, until RM70 natawaran namin. yun papunta RM50. sayang talaga yun araw na yun, gusto ko mag-Sky Bridge then mamili pa sa Malaysia eh. kaso pilit mag Genting nung kasama ko. argh talaga. ako pa naman gumastos ng Malaysia trip buti we canceled Putrajaya the night before, ang haba ng pila sa immigration for foreign passports! 1hr. so nagcheck-in, dinner then mall na lang kami (sa Pavillon) for an hour since 9 na :/ then food trip sa Bukit Bintang, bar somewhere malapit dun (Irish Pub) super sulit that day!

^^waste of time ang Genting, kasi konti lang and hindi maintained ang rides nila. mas ok pa sa EK. try to check out their rides online, meron indoor and outdoor. (in my case yun ibang rides, sarado pa) Fun Kart lang gusto ko, kaso 1hr pila. the rest of adult rides outdoor sinara. so pag punta namin wala din kaming nasakyan, nag cotton-candy na lang ako malay mo sis, by Oct. open na ang Legoland hehe

yup, medyo disappointed din ako sa Genting, we went there last December... kung lamig lang ang paguusapan panalo na sana.. kaso disappointing yung mga rides nila talaga.. Eh kasama ko kasi brothers ko nun so yun talaga pinunta namin dun.. Gusto ko nga sana mag Chin Swee Temple at Strawberry Farm pero di na nasama sa itinerary. Siguro naenjoy ko lang talaga sa Genting is cold weather and yung Ripleys :-)

Also, I know Charles & Keith (as in yung mismong tao) are Singaporeans right?

nose (also shoes and bags), padini shirts, old town coffee, famous amos cookies, pag sale you can check out charles and keith and the others like mng, nichi (local RTW here in Malaysia where I usually buy clothes).

Charles and Keith is a singaporean brand diba? kasi meron charles and keith bldg dito which looks like their main office at kung magsale dun, todo sale! hehe

Legoland is in Johor right? ang layo nun sa KL, better tawid na din ng SG for sidetrip.

agree ako, ala magagawa sa Genting unless magtheme park kayo, pero babalikan ko pa din hehe. yung mga kasama ko kasi next week first time nila at gusto nila magcable car, i've warned them na ang tagal ng pila pero keri lang daw.

sis pooka, as i've said "nope", means charles & keith is not a Malaysian Brand.  It originated in Singapore and now is recognized internationally along with Jimmy Choo, who is a Malaysian.

sis sofiemae, better if you book around Bukit Bintang area kasi it's the center of everything.  you can try the Rainforest if they have enough rooms for you and your group.  Or you can try out those serviced apartment din.

^ Legoland is in Johor, 4 hrs away from KL.  La pa big news about it although they have released dati na it will open by September.  Pero sabi naman nong mga nag-location visit, la pa masyado.

There's a better cable car ride in Malaysia, pero sa Langkawi pa kasi e.  Medyo malayo sa KL, 45 hrs by plane tapos 6-8 hrs ata by bus.

ooops, so Charles & Keith is cheaper in SG? parang mahal padin kasi next time im in Malaysia, i wanna go to Langkawi island, worth it ba yung byahe sis? parang it would consume 3 days na kasi if by train/bus. of course isasakto ko sa year-end-sale, ang sarap mamili in KL, ang mura

^ medyo commercialized beach area na rin daw yon e pero tax duty free kasi don.  will only be going there next month so i cannot say kung ok ba or not.  pero sabi nga ng mga officemate ko, masyado ng mahal sa langkawi.  marami pang island daw mas maganda.  pero in my own opinion, mas gusto ko mga beaches sa atin kesa dito or sa thailand.

As early as now, our family is planning na to go to Pulau Tioman for next year CNY (we're SG based). :-) Masyado kasing mahal sa Langkawi eh gusto lang namin mag beach talaga... I've heard din of Redang pero mas malayo yun ata..

^^ sis chinkee, sa october naman sa pulau perhentian kami.  mahal nga sa langkawi, heheh. actually, ang main island is penang or langkawi then from there pwede na pumunta sa redang, tioman, etc.

sis pooka, check mo website ng Hop on op off KL para makita mo mga tourist spots dito.

i'll surely check-out nose, vinnci pati na din yung charles & keith.  and shempre yung nga pala yung elianto!  i love love love their concealer--HG material talaga! sayang nag-pull-out na sila dito sa atin.  i usually ask my brother who's living in malaysia to buy 2 jars for me everytime na uuwi sya

general itinerary ko--
day 1 & 2 : putrajaya / cyberjaya
* i dont thing may magagawa ako dito except visit my brother & his family tsaka magikot sa alamanda mall

day 3-6 : ikot-ikot sa KL

1. foodtrip sa ibat'ibang district na sana accessible by public transpo (not taxi ha)  preferably yung tipong hawker/street food style or foodcourt. <---- i need help with this kasi ang na-identify ko pa lang na place is yung jalan alor at imbi market.  saan pa ba?

2. shopping -- probably sa pavillion or suria klcc na lang. basta andun yung nose/vnc/c&k go ako

^ ay oo nga, elianto din, hehe.  wala na pala dyan.

^ hawker area ang jalan alor sa bukit bintang.  tuesday night sa amin sa sri petaling merong pasar malam.  me train station pero yong papunta mismo sa area, kelangan mo mag-taxi.  sa chow kit din meron hawker area.

the best vincci is in Sungai Wang.  by the way, dyan sa pinas it is called VNC pero dito VINCCI.

confirmed na ba yung stay mo sis sa kanya? ka YM ko at ka FB ko kc si raymond and as far as i know sabi nya gang July nalang sila magpapa rent kasi dapat sa kanya rin ako mag aavail e kaso sabi nya padating na kasi mga kids niya .

i guess walk-galore kami papunta sa Jalan Alor and Sungei Wang?

papano ba sis ang best way papunta ng KL Sentral ng hindi nagtataxi? iniispi ko lang din kasi yung pauwi namin.  LCCT kasi kami and i've read meron na din palang direchong bus from KL sentral going to LCCT.  magag-ganun na lang kami kung sakali.

^ oo walk lang kayo, malapit lang naman yon e. 

pag pupunta kayo ng KL Sentral from your hotel, sakay kayo ng malapit na monorail station then ang baba niyo is KL sentral na mismo.  lakad lang kayo konti para makapunta sa mismong station ng bus.  mas mura kasi pag bus to LCCT.  or if you dont want bus, yong KLIA train, pwede din, bababa kayo ng next station after PUtrajaya (Salak Tinggi) tapos me shuttle na don direct to LCCT.  pag KLIA train kayo, make sure to let the teller know na LCCT kayo pupunta para meron kayo stub for the shuttle bus.

mas convenient nga lang ang bus kasi isang sakay na lang, unlike the KLIA train.
