question, first time kong gumamit ng pills, althea yung biili ko, I'm on my 2nd wk, pansin ko lang may discharge ako palagi before naman hindi, ganon ba talaga yun?

the brown discharge, according to my OB, is the lining of the uterus.  Normal lang daw yun.

Be sure to take your pills religiously; meaning, you take it same time everyday para mas effective.  If you take your first pill of your first pack at 10am, everyday 10am mo na dapat iinumin, even for the succeeding packs.  In case you miss, just take it agad once maalala mo.  Read the paper inside the box.  Maraming info dun if you want to stop, change to another brand, if you miss within 24 hours or more than a day.

I've been taking Diane35 for a long time, can't even remember when ako nag-start.  When I went to the US recently, I found out na hindi available (or "banned" daw) yung Diane35 because of its side effect: blood clotting.  If you google "Diane35 deaths"  madami lalabas na articles about it but dated 2003 onwards.  I'm scheduled to see my OB this November and will mention this to her.  Available naman siya sa Canada and UK so I don't know if ok ba talaga siya or not. I'm guessing nag-improve na siguro yung pill or... i don't know. Magtatanong na lang ako.    Btw, I never gained weight sa Diane35.  I'm actually losing weight pa nga e pero dahil naman sa lifestyle ko yun 

Please "always" consult your OB first for first timers.  Don't take pills or medicines ng basta-basta or dahil ito yung recommended ng friends niyo.  Mabuti na yung sigurado kesa pagsisihan sa huli and always tell everything to your doctor, don't keep secrets lalo na if connected sa health.

I also asked my OB before regarding Injectable Contraceptive but hindi niya nirerecommend.  My sister naman had this Contraceptive Implant that will keep you "safe" for 3 years.  Hindi ko lang alam if may side effects. Kaka-start pa lang niya e.

Hello there! Just wanna ask... my ob told me before that on the first 7 days of taking my pills, my husband should wear a condom daw to be safe.. Is that every first 7 days of taking my pills every month? Im confused kasi until now.. so to be safe.. pinapalagpas ko muna yung first  7days of taking my pills.. mga sis.. On november 9 I'm on my 4th pack of pills na.. is it safe if we DO it on november 10 without any condom?

Hi people! It's my first time to take pills--Diane 35. Sabi ng OB ko first day ng period but when I saw the pocket, may days na nakalagay sa likod. so my question is, do i have to take the pill based on the days stated on the pocket or dapat bang kung anong day ako nagka period, yun ang pill na iinumin ko (like kung nagkaron ako ng sunday, sunday pill yung first na iinumin ko).

nagtatake ako nun 1st and 2nd pack every 9pm minsan inaabot ng 12am..  Yung 3rd pack ko iniinom ko naman every 11pm?  Ok ba sis kung ibabalik ko sa 9pm yung pag inom ko ng althea?  Yung pahinga ba  ng 7 days sa pills hindi yun safe sa pagbubuntis?

i'm not sure what you did on november 10, but wearing a condom the first 5 to 7 days after you start taking the pills of the first pack is the norm.  now, when you've settled on that pattern and continue onto the second, third, and so on packs, you don't need those abstaining 5 to 7 days every time you start a new pack.

Hi people! It's my first time to take pills--Diane 35. the best method is to start on the first day of your period.  but if you didn't have the pills at that same exact day, you can also do a "Sunday" start- hence the "days of the week" column headings on the pack.  the pack also comes with "days of the week" stickers.  if you started on the first day of your period and it wasn't on a Sunday, then you use the stickers to overwrite what's on the pack.

anybody here who took depotrust? what are the side effects? i have endometriosis and my ob prescribed 3 shots of depotrust (1 shot every 28 days). i'm so worried of the pimple/acne side effect. hope hindi naman lahat ng nag-take nun naka-experience ng ganun side effect. i would really appreciate your feedback mga sis. thank you

Hi! Pa-join po.  I tried Diane35 for a few months, thing is, hindi talaga ako mabubuntis kasi nawala na din yung drive ko.  As in! Yun lang yung hindi ok na side effect saken.  Anybody else experienced this?

How soon pwede uminom ng OCP after maCS? Kailangan pa ba hintayin bumalik yung period? Or after 6 weeks kahit wala pa period ok na? di ba usually 6wks dapat walang contact?

MY STORY:
December 6 ang last pill ko sa last pack. So dapat December 14 ng 10 AM ako mag take ulit. Pero, 'til now (December 15) hindi pa ako naka-take. Nag Binyag kase Baby ko kaya naging busy ako. Later pa ako makabili and maka take ulit ng mga 10 PM.

Cybelle Pills po ang tinatake ko, may 7 free pill days.
3 packs na ang na-consume ko.

Missed 3 pills in this cycle. Nalilito pa ko kung ano na ang cycle length ko. Erratic bleeding kasi ako. 7 months post partum. Dun sa missed pill days, had unprotected sex. Di ko na alam kung kelan ako dapat mag PT or kung may possibility nga na may mabuo. Exclusively breastfeeding ako pero recently nagsosolids na ang baby. Period ko rin 5 weeks post partum bumalik na. Nakakapraning maghintay sa period. Last cycles ko 41 and 47 days respectively with around 3 weeks of bleeding.

hello mga sis and mommy's. im new here.. just want to ask po sana. 4 months na po ako nagtitake ng pills, first try ko po yung exluton and after 2 packs nagswitch ako to trust pill. pagkatapos ko pong maubos yung exluton. the next day, nagstart po agad ako ng Trust Pill. Then, pang 6th days po nagcontact kami ng hubby ko..sabi po kasi ng OB ko nung nireseta niya sakin yung exluton 3 to 5 days daw pwede ng magcontact. so naisip ko ganun din sa Trust pill. since mas higher ang dose nya..... safe po ba ako nun? 

worried po kasi ako... nung nasa brown pill na ko. nagkaron ako.. pero 3 days lang pero pakonti konti.. then. nagstart po ulit ako ng another pack. pang 16th. ko na today. pero may mga signs po ako ng pregnancy na nararamdaman.. nag pregnancy test po ako last saturday. negative naman po. possible kaya na buntis ako. or paranoid lang ako sa nararamdaman ko.. lagi po kasi ako nagheartburn saka sumasakit balakang ko.. prang pakiramdam ko din nung nagbuntis po ako sa baby ko..

anyone here who accidentally got pregnant due to missed birth control pills? I am using Marvelon 28. I missed 1 pill on my 3rd day so I doubled up on the 4th day. I did not take on time also on the 7th day. Instead of 6AM, I took it at 10:30PM ( anyone with same experience but did not get pregnant? I am so nervous right now. Di ko kasi alam na dapat nag extra precaution pag nakagawa ng ganitong mistakes!

Pahelp naman po, sino po dito nakagamit na ng Charize and Sophia. Pashare naman po ng mga side effects na naexperience po ninyo. I'm planning to switch ng pills po kasi, yung dating pills ko po kasi sobrang sakit ng ulo yung effect sakin at pagkahilo. May times pa pakiramdam ko nasusuka ako. I really want to switch to another pills na medyo magaan naman po sa pakiramdam. Thank you po in advance.

Hi sissies! My son is already 1 yr and 6mos. Hubby kasi is working sa states so bihira lang din kami magkacontact siyempre. Eh this March uuwi na siya.. We don't want na masundan pa si baby so I'm planning to take pills na as early as now. I will be visiting my OB in the next week or so pero gusto ko sana makakuha muna ng info about sa pills para may masuggest din ako sakanya. Ayaw ko sana nung nakakataba na pills since I gained weight na due to pregnancy and hirap padin ako ibalik yung pre pregnancy body ko. TIA!

mga sis..really need help here. I started taking Yaz pills 28 nuong January lang. bago ako uminum ng yaz, kailangan ko muna mag-take ng Provera tapos intayin daw muna lumabas ang meanstruation ko. So nung lumabas na inum na ako ng Yaz. pero for the whole month of january simula umpisa ng inum ko ng Yaz hangang naubos nalng ang isang pad di pa rin nawawala ang dugo ko, minsan malakas ang labas minsan naman spot spot nalang. Nung naubos ang isang pad, itinigil ko muna and nawala rin ang dugo ko. after ilang days balik inum ulit ako ng Yaz, today ang last tablet ng second pad ko. Pero hindi pa rin lumalabas ang dugo, ano ba dapat ko gawin mga sis? start ako ng third pad? ang dami ko pa namang nararamdaman nung sa unang pad pa lang, laging masakit ang ulo ko, madali akong magalit at sobra magalit. Nung pangalawang pad, change ko sa hapon ang inum ko fortunately nawala naman sakit ng ulo lagi. Pero tingin sa face ko looking haggard, itim ng eyebags kahit 8:30-9:00pm ang tulog ko and nagigising ako ng 6 AM. and one more thing is pag nag do kami ni hubby ang sakit sobra (every 2 weeks nga lang kami nagkikita ni hubby pero normal ba yon na ang sakit talaga halos di ko na matapos ang isang round) may mga discharge akong white ang kulay, usually colorless dati pero mula ng nagpills ako meron ng white.. Planning to see other Ob since my OB is far away here in my place kasi, para narin maeducate ako sa pills ko. But would happy to hear your opinions also mga sis...
