Di naman ganun kahirap yung enrollment pero mas bagay yun kung regular transfers.

Pag minsan lang, mas ok yung transfer to anyone.

I agree mas convenient gamitin ang BDO kapag online transfer. Mas maraming arte BPI. Main reason bakit mas gusto ko BPI. haha! Mas secured kasi.

Parang mas secured BDO dahil dual log-in nagtetext pa ng code bago ka makapasok online than BPI at MB. 


Anyways yung client update pala kung ilan ang account mo ganun kadami ang signature card at kung may joint dapat sabay-sabay punta niyo at sa harap mag-sisign. MB is doing this on a regular basis itong BPI one time big time.

I already got my CC blue master card. Ask ko lang kung kailangan pa ba sya iactivate kagaya sa BDO CC? pauilit ulit ko binasa yung nasa letter pero wala naman sinabi na kailangan pa iactivate.

I believe that this was already activated? swipe nalang ng swipe?

^ yes, okay na yan.. pwede mo ng gamitin ang credit card mo. Actually, echos lang ng mga bangko na ipa-activate ang credit card, sinasabi lang nila yun para lang makasigurado sila na natanggap mo 'yun.. hehe

Ang haba ng pila lagi. Tapos sa hotline forever bago masagot ang tawag mo. I have to use a speaker para makapagmulti task otherwise it will eat HOURS of my day. They should do something about the waiting time.

Update lang and rant na din.  I was able to open an account with BPI to subscribe to their BPI Philippine High Dividend Equity Fund. I have an account with BPI Family Savings but since magkaiba daw sila, pinagopen nila ako ng BPI Savings Account para maging settlement account ko with them. Hinahabol ko yung pagbagsak ng market but since nagkakaprob ako sa schedule ko to visit the bank last Dec22 lang ako nakapagopen which is supposedly Dec19 sana. Ang consequence ko for not having BPI Savings Account is that 1 day processing ng settlement account ko then the next day pa ang subscription sa UITF. I accepted that naman and naging thankful pa ako kasi from Dec19 to Dec22, bumaba pa ang market.

My concern now is this...i got my ATM card today, Dec28. and I just found out na hindi pala sila nakapagsubscribe ng investment ko last week. System Maintenance DAW. Offline DAW. huhuhu. They will TRY DAW to subscribe tomorrow with tomorrow's rate na and i told them na sana maipasok nila yung investment ko right away. And hoping ako na hindi na umabot for 2017 rate (last working day for 2016 tom). Pataas na ulit ang market ngayon, we will never know what will happen but i am kinda certain na "window dressing" period na. haaays. nakakadisappoint lang. I know hindi million ang ipinasok ko sakanila pero hindi kasi nila naideliver ng maayosyung request ko.

Isa pa, palaging down ang online site nila. hays.

Napansin ko nga mga sis, parang palaging under maintenance yung site nila. Pero hindi ko pa naman naranasan sa mobile app. Maybe they're just doing some system upgrade.

Anyone here na nag apply ng BPI blue master card? I just applied online, kaso wala ako nasubmit na ITR. Valid ID and COE plus payslip lang which is Paypal transactions pa kasi I'm working from home. Gusto ko lang sana malaman kung may chance ako maapprove.. Pasok naman sa annual gross income yung akin.

 Just want to know your experiences with applying for BPI credit cards.

Gusto ko magopen ng Pamana Savings Account sa BPI. Savings account with insurance. Nakapangalan sakin tapos beneficiary ng insurance son ko.

I got this kind of dillema with BPI,, my balance got into negative due this ATM transaction that I cancelled but still posted on my account. The negative balance ate my salary and left me nothing but 1000 pesos. I trusted bpi' s process not until this conversation with one of their agents. I felt humiliated in trying to get my own money . Kulang na lang sabihin nya na I'm trying to get money from them. Now I just figured out na to get this done, I need to go beyond. I just followed annn 's suggestion , I emailed BSP. other suggestions for my next step?

Sa branch ka nag file ng claim? O sa hotline?

Yung deduction, di ba 1 buwan na hindi ka naka maintain? Di ko gets yung 1000 kung negative balance..

Nung nangyari sa akin ito dahil sa defective non BPI ATM machine, tinawag ko agad sa hotline. May details ako ng machine date time photo at pwede ko pa kuha yung CCTV. Pero balik balance naman.

Yung isa sa cash deposit machine naman kinain tapos derecho ako sa teller. May form pina fill up at na credit naman.

Basta nasa iyo mga pruweba at ikaw nasa tama, ilaban mo talaga yan sis.

Nangyari din to sakin last week until now hinihintay ko pa din macredit back ang pera ko Nagwithdraw ako last tuesday pero nagcancel yung transaction bigla pero nadebit pa din yung amount na supposed to be iwawathdraw ko. Sana maibalik na sya today. Sabi ng nakausap ko hintayin ko until tomorrow. If wala pa din, follow-up ko na.. Nakakastress talaga

Btw, BPI din yung ATM. Sana makuha ko pa sya, sweldo ko yun last payroll ni hindi ko man lang nahawakan

Our pay is credited through BPI. Good thing di ito nangyari sakin. What I do is always withdraw sa BPI atm na nasa bank (buti na lang meron malapit sa work and sa bahay namin). And I always keep the receipts, just in case.

Nangyari na rin sa akin to last year. Nag withdraw ako ng 10k sa PS bank using my BPI atm. Walang na dispense pero nag alert yung Yahoo mail ko na naka withdraw nga daw ako. Buti nalang me internet that time yung cellphone ko. Saturday or Sunday yata yun sa I had to wait for the next banking day. Naibalik naman sa akin pero 7-10 working days yata. Mas matagal daw pag magka ibang bank pero kung bpi atm lang din mabilis lang maibalik.

Nangyari na din ito sa akin pero RCBC ako. Itinatawag ko lang sa customer service ng RCBC then 2-5 days naibabalik agad sa account ko yung na-debit amount. Same din ang process nung twice ako na-charge nung namili ako sa grocery, nag-error kasi ang POS machine nila kaya inulit yung transaction. According to them, after working hours pa ma-check ni other bank kung balance sila kaya mas maganda na yung naireport agad sa bank natin para hindi na sila mahirapan mag-trace at macocoordinate nila agad yung concern sa other bank. Mas madali sa kanila mag-process at maibabalik agad sa atin ang pera.
