anybody here who experience late billings from BPI and was charge with late and finance charges? I did and I called BPI for reversal because it wasn't my fault but they decline my request and insisting they delivered it on time.  Total of the charges I paid 11k+.

Haven't experienced that because I also use expressonline. In these cases, you would need to check with their courier for records of receipt of the billing statements.

Ilang days ka delay sa payment sis. Never ko pa na experience yan kahit na 1-3 days ako delay magbayad meron pa nga ata na 1 week pero never pa ako na bigyan ng late charges sa BPI cc ko..Nakakalimutan ko kasi. Online rin gamit ko. I think if you have a proof na late mo na tanggap ang billing mo ma re refund mo pa un.

^^^ ako sis dati palaging nagrereklamo sa BPI dahil di on time dumarating yun SOA or minsan wala kaya nag BPI expressonline na lang ako at print ko na lang yung SOA pag nagbayad.

Hi, . Nag-apply ako ng BPI savings na account last week at nakuha ko na card ko. kaso nag tataka ako, FULL NAME ko yung nakalagay sa card. Bakit ganun? Ganito ba talaga? Bakit parang sa iba di kasama middle name? Plano ko panaman sana ilink to sa PAYPAL kaso di kaya ma-block ako?

Sis prickyslime di ko pa natry yan. Gamit ka na lang kaya ng BPi app or yung online express banking nila. Natry ko na kasi mag money transfer dun. Deposit na lang muna sa account mo. Then activate money transfer sa account mo. Hope it works for you

Hi thanx sa reply. Pano mag enroll sa money transfer online? Enrolled nako sa BPI express online pero di ako marunong magtransfer. Pwede ba dun Family Svings?Thanks!

super agree ako dito. Kaya love ko BPI. Sila lang ba me ganitong feature?

Sila lang yata sis. Ang maganda pa nun, maraming nakakalat na BPI ATM machines.

^ kaya nga sis. One time pala pumunta ako sa BPi Angono branch para magdeposit. Ang haba ng pila. Nabuhayan ako ng loob ng nkita ko yung deposit machine nila. Bago ako umaalis narinig ko yung babae sa likod ko tinanong nya yung guard if paano raw baw gamitin yung machine kasi ang bilis ko nga natapos mag deposit.

Maganda ba yung GET STARTED PESO/DOLLAR savings account?
Meron yata yung free life insurance eh.

I love BPI for all their innovations: online banking, those deposit machines, and BEA. Hirap lang eh minsan hindi makasabay ang mga tao, lalo na yung mga oldies. Jusko, kung sa ATM nga lang eh pagkatagal-tagal na, what more dun sa touch screens -- masmabilis pa yung old way of writing on a slip. Malas talaga if you fall in line behind someone who doesn't know how to use the machine.

^BPI Get Started is okay, I guess, for a savings account. Big plus is the free life insurance up to age 70. Unlike a BPI Direct Save-Up account, you get an ATM and/or a passbook and can do over-the-counter and ATM transactions. But the maintaining balances are high compared other savings accounts -- 25k for ATM and 75k for passbook.

Mga sis question lang, pwede bang mother ko ang magopen ng BPI account for me? Nandito kasi ako sa US next year pa uwi ko and gusto ko na sana magsave na ng emergency fund either BPI Get started OR BPI save up (parehong may free life insurance). Tingin niyo ba posible yun? TIA!

I just signed up to BPI's Direct save up online but I haven't received any confirmation yet.gaano ba katagal yon? and how to know na naprocess yung application?

^I applied years ago, but I remember it was only about 1-2 weeks. Matagal yung card -- nawala pa nga yung first card ko in the mail -- but I eventually got it. Baka marami ka kasabay na nag-apply?

I tried using the BEA assist online and scheduled an appointment, and, wow, gumagana pala yun. Very happy that I didn't have to line up anymore. The branch closest to me is very busy, but with this assist thing, I was just in and out of the bank.

^I remember sis the Direct Save-Up account just showed up on my BPI Express Online account about a few days or so after I applied. Nakakapag-transfer na ako dun even if I didn't have the card yet.

^thanks again sis. so maybe hindi nag-go yung application ko kasi wala pa ko narereceive na confirmation ko up to now. Medyo matagal na din. Wala pa din nagrereflect sa portfolio ko. Yung supposedly date of transfer already came na pero wala pa din nabawas sa account ko. Maybe apply na lang ako ulit.

Does anyone know kung pwedeng pataasin yung max ATM withdrawal ng BPI Express Teller (20k) tulad sa BPI Direct? (50k)
