Share ko lang my experience with Hada Labo products (bought from Malaysia drugstore).

I have oily skin. The following did not work for me:
- Toner: Moist version: too rich for me, caused butlig
- Toner: Arbutin - Moist version: also too rich, caused butlig
- Milk: Arbutin - Okay to use but at night only

I liked:
- Toner: Arbutin Light version (blue bottle but YELLOW label. The other one ay blue bottle with RED label)
- Toner: Light (green label) - the best for oily skin, madali pa mag absorb.
- Whitening (Arbutin) Perfect Gel - maganda as a night cream after using the HL Light Toner. no bad reaction naman. Namahalan ako nung una kasi parang 90RM for a jar pero nung ginagamit ko na sya super tipid, like pea sized amount pwede na for face and neck.

I also have the Tamagohada Mild Peeling Lotion but have not used long enough to form an opinion.

Note ko lang sa Arbutin (Shirojyun) line hindi masyado nakakaputi when used alone.

Saka matagal namang maubos.

Bought my stash of Hada Labo from Watson's in Taiwan. They sell reasonably priced Japanese Hada Labo. I wanted to buy their new product - it's in a box, clear blue bottle, gel type with exfoliating beads. It smells a bit minty. I 95% sure it's facial wash but since the product description is in Japanese and Chinese, nag pass ako. I tried googling it but wala pa yung product sa Hada Labo SG website.

I'll be in Japan next week, plan ko mag hoard ng hada Labo products. Hehe. Don't worry, I won't ask for DP or advanced payment, pero sana kung magpapabili kayo, yung sure na kukunin nyo. :)

@honeybunny I have that too. It's called milia. I'll read up online if this skin problem can be caused by cosmetic products or if occurs lang talaga naturally.

Sis, patch test muna when introducing new products to your routine. :) Baka hindi ka hiyang dun sa toner or sa essence, maybe both. Stop for a bit, wait for the whiteheads to clear, tapos re-introduce each product slowly para malaman mo kung saan ka hindi hiyang.

Siguro test the toner first for two weeks tapos kung walang breakouts, ituloy mo. Tapos gamitin mo na 'yung essence, wait and see again kung magbbreak-out ka. Good luck!

^oh. ok. sige i will do that sis. :) it's just white heads lang naman not the millia (i think).

my regimen kasi is

1. bifesta
2. hada labo tamagohada facial wash
3. clindamycin toner
4. hada labo arbutin toner
5. tretinoin
6. vit. c serum
7. hada labo milk essence (white)

everything i have used na before except sa hada labo products, so this time skip ko muna yung milk essence and use everything else..

thank you :)

How do you find the expiry date in the box? I just bought the moisturizing 3 in 1 perfect gel and excitedly opened the box before I could check for the expiry. Wala ako makina sa bottom aside from the batch no. Makakatakot tuloy gamitin..

sis honeybunny, do you use sunscreen/makeup? Dati kasi, I only use Bifesta/Bioderma, and then I found out that they can't remove every trace of sunscreen and makeup on my face. Kaya ayun, pinipimple ako, from whiteheads to the occasional cystic acne.

Not sure kung anong magandang oil cleanser sa Watsons, etc., but I used Tony Moly's Aquaporin Sherbet Cleanser. At the moment, I use Holika Holika Soda Pore Cleansing Oil (not available locally unfortunately). Meron ding cleansing oil ang Etude House. :) If you want to splurge, okay din ang cleansing oils ng Shiseido. Shu Uemura din.
