i think just leave it alone then once a year ipa re-touch mo lahat ng dents and scratch. last week pinaayos pinaganito ko car ko saka pinatanggal ko lahat ng may kalawang para di na lumala pa yung prob.

I highly recommend Shell Customers Cradle, Las Pinas. Its in front of Perpetual Help Hospital. Sobrang galing gumawa dito, parang sa casa ka na rin nagpagawa and alaga.

After matapos ng free PMS para sa auto ko, which is a Mazda3, sa labas na ako nagpapagawa. Dito na ako nagpapa-PMS, interior detailing, car wash, everything. Lahat na! and the best part is, always satisfied ako. masayang masaya.

And also, marami na ang thrice a month na carwash for my car. And sa 2yrs and 6 months na nasa akin yung auto, diko pa napapa-wax. hahaha!!!

Sa amin kasi okay na ang once a month never waxed our car for 9 years pero madaming nag comment na maganda pa din ang paint ng kotse and since rainy season ngayon panay vacuum na lang ang ginagawa ko. yung mga dents meron kaming kakilala mura and maganda ang gawa kaso nakakatamad iiwan pa kasi ang kotse, lol. pero, pag dating sa mga engine etc. no major problems pa naman every month maintenance ginagawa namin.

^me too. the best car air freshener i've tried is Air Spencer Marine Squash. i don't like using other brands or variants. nahihilo ako. dito lang hindi.

guilty ako sa hindi nagmemenor when there are bumps on the road. i should change that habit. kawawa ang sasakyan. minsan kasi when you drive on high speed especially on clear roads tapos biglang may butas sa daan na huli mo nang namalayan, mas nakakatakot ang biglaang pagbreak or pagliko dahil prone to accident yun, lalo na kapag may nakasunod or nakasalubong na ibang sasakyan.

may question din pala ako about oil change. ideally every 6 months and interval diba? is there a damaging effect if the oil change schedule is let's say.. na late ng 1 month???

i make it a point to check everything every two days.

i wax it weekly, yes, i do it personally kase gusto ko ako ang naglilinis ng car ko.

as much as possible no one can bring food/drinks inside the car.

i use my shaldan, yung lime.

si hubby masipag mag wash ng car, vacuum & tire black once or twice a week and wax it every other week alternating the turtle wax & 3M liquid wax.

yep, that's it! but mahal yang price sa ebay. try mo sa ibang auto shop baka may air spencer sila na cheaper. i buy mine around 300 but i'm from Cebu. you can try smelling other variants but for me the best ang Marine Squash.

Pag bago car dapat may paint ( clear film ) and fabric protection. Tapos rustproofing sa underside. OK din mag tint ng windows either metal base tint or chemical base tint

Pag luma car dapat high quality ang radiator coolant fluid, tapos original spare parts ang ipapalit. regular maintenanace sa brakes, suspension, engine, transmission at battery.

Car Wash Tips

No one wants to be seen with a dirty car coated in grime, even if it’s a Jaguar XKR-S. Keep your car in tip-top shape by regularly washing your car at least once a week. Not only will it be beneficial for the vehicle, some owners even find it therapeutic as it helps them clear their minds. What’s surprising is that some car washing techniques has been proven useless or even damaging to automobiles. Here are some tips to make your weekly car wash be more efficient.

1. Always wash in the shade.
Everyone knows that water, when temperatures rise, evaporate. And when you wash the car under direct sunlight, the water will quickly dry up and leave annoying marks that make washing useless. Wash at dawn or dusk if you don’t have a car tent.

2. Soak your car with water before cleaning.
Splash water on the car’s surface including the tires and areas which collect dirt like under the bumpers. Leave the water to soak for a couple of minutes and then wash it. The water will soften dried gunk on your car.

3. Wash from the top down.
Start washing the roof of the car first then gradually make your way downwards. This saves time by letting the soap soak on the lower parts of the car.

4. Use soaps that create richer lather.
To get rid of nasty grime and oil, water isn’t enough. You need a good car soap to break the water’s surface tension by creating a lather, making cleaning easier. Soaps must do its duty and help remove dirt from the surface. If you wipe the surface dry after scrubbing with soap and you still see dirt, your soap isn’t very effective.

5. Wring and rinse the sponge.
Grime will spread if you don’t wring and rinse your sponge after you have cleaned a dirty spot. Scrub the dirt, rinse the area, and then clean your sponge.

6. Never let it air dry.
What you want to achieve is a perfect clean car, not one filled with water spots. Letting your car air dry will create such spots. What you need to do is to get towel or chamois and wipe every wet surface with it. Don’t forget to wring it every three minutes or so.

My husband takes care of the cars. Madalang magpacarwash sa labas. Gusto nya napapagod magdetail ng sasakyan dahil mas prone na nagagasgas pag sa carwash shops nya pinapalinis.

Syempre aside from taking care of the aesthetics, important to keep track of the maintenance schedules. If something doesn't feel right, patingnan agad at ipaayos bago lumala.

We like Air Spencer too. But we seldom use air freshener na. Deodorizer/neutralizer na lang.
