sis try mo, ako may myoma. herbal tea ang iniinom ko. yung naka kwentuhan ko may stage 4 bone cancer, 8 years ago pa na diagnose, ok pa rin siya at yung tea lang talaga iniinom niya plus diet.

I and my Mom plan to visit Dr. Tan later part of October. I was long diagnosed with PCOS since high school pa. Madami na ko natry na pills metformin. Diane, provera, etc but if itigil ko, hindi ako nagmemens. Ang gusto ko kasi yung kahit di na ko magtake ng meds is regular mens ko. Overweight ako and I struggle with weight loss. A friend of my Mom mentioned Dr. Tan's approach and nagbackread ako. Will keep you posted after I visit him.

Mga sisses. I went to Dr. Tan last Monday, pang number 30 ako first batch. Tama diagnosis nya saken, PCOS. Been taking the herbal tea for 2nd day now. Babalik ako ng Sunday. Okay lang kaya kasi Friday ako supposed na babalik.

@jayyusz - the young Doctor can speak in english. the old Doctor can speak broken english but i bet you will have a hard time understanding his accent.

sis nag consult ka na ulit ng ob while on dr. tan's herbs/meds? may improvement ba? ako almost a year na akong hindi pumupunta sa ob since i started with dr. tan. ang sabi ni dr. tan may improvement naman , tiyagaan lang daw talaga kasi malaki na yung myoma ko. as for me naman, same pa din yung lakas ng period ko... though hindi na ko nahihilo unlike before i consulted him.

Kay dr tan wag nyo lang sundin yung strict pagulay-gulay kasi kailangan pa din ng katawan fats, protein from animals.

Lalo na cholesterol important sa katawan yan wag iwasan/katakutan/

Ang mas iwasan grains like bread. Pag rice naman konti lang. So example laman ng plato collagen broth, native egg or duck egg or balut, a portion of muscle meat tapos veggie na ang gawin kanin or pwede combination ng gulay at kanin pero konti lang ang kanin.

Tapos pag drinks buco juice with a teaspoon of coconut/muscovado sugar para mas madali matunawan.

Yung 8 glass of water a day ingat kayo kasi ma water logged effect maging estrogenic which is not good.

is there 2 doctors ? the old 1 with big table and 1 in his right side?
and when we go there no need to say anything? just let the Dr check us?
how if he say the problem is not like we fell? i mean Dr canot tell what wrong with me?

Yes yearly ako nagpupunta OB atsaka sa breast cyst doctor ko para hingi ng ultrasound referral then balik to sa kanila to check the results. But I don't take the prescription meds na binibigay nila and I am not saying na into another type of medications ako Medyo lito lang sila sa results like sa breast cysts may nawala bigla kita ko yung puzzlement sa doctor ko although may bago na pumalit pero maliit lang siya at iba location. In general almost maintain lang. Yung endo maintain din ang size mula nung nag Dr.Tan ako. I was almost about to be operated before. Kung malaki ang myoma mo dapat everyweek mo tiyagaan then pakonsulta ka rin sa OB to see if may effect talaga.     


Kontrapelo ang modern sa traditional medicine. Hindi susuportahan ng government at doctors ito dahil masasagasaan ang mga pagawaan ng gamot na malalaking companies but based on experience mas effective ang traditional than modern. People should not be robbed of it lalo na ang mahihirap lalo it is much cheaper.

hi there! yes there are 2 doctors.. the old one and the young one (in the right table)
it is up to you if you want to say your concerns, better to listen to their diagnosis first.
if it is not what you feel then go ahead and tell them.
last time i have an allergy.. i have been taking antihistamines for like weeks.. however, the doctor forgot if old or young.. (depende sa pila!) told me about my blood sugar.
other than that, he doesnt see anything wrong with me. so i showed my legs with the rashes. i was given some herbs for the allergies and i watched out for my blood sugar thru blood test.. indeed mataas sugar ko. until this time nag papa bloodtest ako every 6 months.

Scanning through your posts, I'm getting curious about dr. tan.  I don't really have any evident health problems, so when I go there, pano yan, how will he check my health?  Chinese speaking ba siya?
