Good and Affordable Buffet in Metro Manila Hotels Thread 2

Ay sayang na-miss ko yang promo ng Latitude. I'm looking for this kind of promos sa hotel. First time ko with my family. Might try Heat this week.

Kumain ako sa Heat Wednesday lunchtime, yung 50% off promo nila. Masarap actually. Kaya lang walang lamb, walang steak, walang lechon, walang shrimp, walang oysters, walang clams. Pero may roast beef, crab, duck, and tempura. Is it because Wednesday lunch ako nagpunta or because 50% off sila kaya maraming kulang ang spread?

Masarap sashimi nila. Pinakanagustuhan ko yung appetizers section. Sarap ng iba't ibang klaseng salad at cheese. The tempura was divine.

Btw, the Heat promo of P715++ Mon-Wed lunch, when you include the taxes and everything, is P880.

we dined at seasons, availed the voucher

walang lechon, yung carvings nila was pork leg but pede na but yung chicken nila masarap.

di sya ganung ka spectacular but for the price of  6+++ m i think pede na

the service was excellent just like what we experienced sa cafe jeepney

compared sa spread ng cafe jeepney mas gusto ko na dito , but sa dessert cafe jeepney ako

the dessert ws okey din, I enjoyed the bibingka, puot bumbong

nag thank you pa yung mga chef and staff when we were leaving na

but nothing beats market Cafe!!!, when it comes to good and affordable buffet sa vouchers, 

but spiral , heat and crowne plaza pa din ako

Just ate at Heat for my birthday.

I dunno, but my bf and I weren't so... wowed. The roast beef was fantastic though. Really tender. Ok din yung lechon (pero di na crispy yung balat). My dad asked for steamed shrimps and binigyan sya kahit wala doon sa buffet. When it was my turn to ask, hindi naman nag offer yung server/chef na he could make it for me. Hindi rin natuwa dad ko sa steamed shrimp.

Masarap naman yung tempura and sashimi. The Chinese buffet was ok too, masarap yung hakaw and siomai. Also the macaroni salad parang matagal na nakabilad kaya mejo dikit dikit na and mejo malamig na haha.

I didn't particularly like the sushi. Parang ok lang. And the crepe was so-so. Starchy yung crepe and di masarap yung banana. The other desserts were ok naman,

I really wanna try Spiral. 2,800 susme. I hope it's worth it.

We had dinner sa Seasons using Ensogo voucher. The service was excellent, but the food, nothing spectacular. Mukhang di na kami uulit dito.

Same comment with gorgeousmama, turn off ang parking nila.


Thanks sa mga nagshare ng experience nila sa Heat, mukhang pass na lang din muna.

has anyone tried richmonde hotel buffet, saw a poster along ortigas for dinner parang P 6++ , although baliktad lunch ang expensive.

i guess lunch masexpensive kasi mas-full, business meetings

okey naman sa Heat, naka  promo lang siguro kaya ganun

yung marriott  cafe ng ng promo sila madami ding na off,nag cut back din sila on some of the dishes, madami disappointed ,  good thing nabasa ko agad ang reviews , so we did not avail

for me not worth bumalik   sa cafe jeepney and seasons, but I dont have regrets   coz my take on this at least I experienced dining  in  those hotels

For me the best pa Rin Ang buffet sa Sofitel and heat. The buffet price sa Sofitel increased already but still sulit Siya because the food is fresh and tastes good.  I think it is p3,200/person na sa Sofitel

what?? sis, bakit mo nasabi na hindi worth bumalik sa Cafe Jeepney? is it because of the quantity or quality of food? wag naman sana both... pinang-regalo ko pa naman to sa dalawang pamilya.. huhuhuhu

^ sis   compared kasi sa ibang buffet like sa Market Cafe , crowne Plaza ,na almost same ang price range , tlagang CJ will suffer in comparison, I would rather  go to VIKINGS  than CJ , di ito hotel but mas  madaming selection, okey din naman ang ambience and service

quantity, konti talaga but masarap naman, bawi na lang sa dessert, red velvet cake panalo  ,  plus yung sashimi, salmon e fresh naman!!! add mo pa yung excellent service staff and free valet parking
and nasa hotel sya!!!

for all you know magustuhan din  naman ng families na binigyan  mo:)

and  baka nagiba na sila or nagdagdag ng menu this time

Na try ko na din sa Cafe Jeepney, for a regular price di sya worth it kasi konti lang choices but pag discounted naman via Coupons eh i guess ok na sya. Medyo chewy lang yung grilled meats nila.

m_lim: Na-try ko Market Cafe using Deal Grocer vouchers Sunday lunch and Tuesday lunch. Heat naman na-try ko Wednesday lunch na naka-50% off. Sa labanan ng discounted, mas gusto ko sa Market Cafe kasi mas kumpleto spread.

But husband ko kumain na many times sa Heat weekend dinner (full price), super sarap daw and kumpleto spread. Sabi nya mas masarap daw Heat sa Market Cafe, but I don't think that's reliable kasi ang experience nya sa Heat, full price weekend dinner; sa Market Cafe, discounted weekend/weekday lunch.

i love HEAT. it gets better every time I dine there. #2 siya sa list ko. #1 pa din si Spiral.

My fiance and I recently dined at the 7 Corners in Crowne Plaza. Masarap naman. The buffet isn’t as expansive as the ones in Heat and Spiral of course, but we were pretty happy with the experience. Mas konti pero masarap naman lahat ng natikman namin and the ambience there hindi overwhelming.

I liked the steak, done medium just as we like, and we enjoyed the pasta, the soups and the desserts. We also enjoyed the bread station with the cheeses and the grapes, except hindi lang seedless yung grapes haha.  We didn’t see any sashimi though, which was weird kasi diba parang staple na dapat yun. But oh well. Masarap din their Indian food section.

I was excited to try Marriott's Buffet pero mas gusto ko pa 7 Corners kesa dito except for the dessert na mas ok sa Marriott.

Tagal ko ng hindi na padpad sa Heat or Circles, dapat masama sa list ulit ng mga icoconsider hehe.

Nacucurious din ako sa Market Cafe at Brush ng Oakwood hehe
