NEO laptop from COMPTU

Warning for laptop buyers...

never buy a NEO laptop, specially in
comptu, in cyberzone 4th floor of
SM megamall.

i recently purchased a ELAN laptop
in that store, which is supposed to
be the best laptop of NEO, last march
4, 2012. after two weeks, it broke
down. i brought it back to the store
and said they will fix it and they did.
after a week it broke down again and
i wanted them to replace it because
they gave me a defective unit. but they
said they will only replace units in 7days
from purchase. What the hell? 7 days for a
32,000 peso laptop? [textspeak!] yan CD-R King?
hindi ko pa nga masyado nagamit yung
laptop in the first week kasi nag out of town
kami.
they said they would replace and repair the broken parts daw,
but i bought a BRAND NEW laptop tapos within
28 days of purchase I-rerepair na kagad?


grabe now i am stuck with this laptop.

sorry to hear that sis. badtrip nga yan. ako naman sinuwerte sa Neo Laptop na nabili ko. more than 2 years na sakin and no problems whatsoever. never had it fixed. ang nabili ko pa yung cheap lang, around 25k pero kasama na OS, office tsaka antivirus and some other programs.
