Embryo is day 2 or 3 then when it reaches day 5/6 it becomes a blastocyst (which yields higher success of implantation)

Hi Sis frinces!
Aside from the meds prescribed by Kato (clomid, letrozole, gonal f and menogon), Folic Acid, Vit C and Vit E lang. Yung diet, normal lang.
Nagpatira si Dr. Ong-Jao ng isang embyro in case na hindi magdevelop into blastocysts yung 5 eggs. Luckily and thank God, 4 blastocysts yung nadevelop. Yung isang immature egg ko pa, naging grade A. I have 2 grade A, 1 grade B and 1 grade D.

@babybliss -- doing my 3rd LIT on friday. sana maging ok na immuno ko para ok naman yung body ko pag nagtransfer (hopefully) sa June. but if not. IVIG na talaga muna.

Hi sis, ganon pala possibilities. Thank u sis, at least i was inform para naman maka plan ahead regarding work schedules. Baka magpang abot na naman tayo sa transfers sis. Pero as of tonight medyo na mess up period ko coz of pills prescribed by kato, i think tom is my cd1. Hopefully according to normal cycle sana siya. My 1 and only blasto is waiting for me na!

May i ask you if we're planning to go to kato on my CD2 how much po need namin iprepare and what po mga lab tests done? Included na din po ba don ang SA ni hubby?

@frinces: ah ok sis. hindi pala tayo sabay. went to KATO yesterday (day 3 ko)... and me 6 eggs na ako as per follicle monitoring. ok kami for natural stimulation but i insisted na minimal stimulation since ayaw na ni ob gyne na natural stim.. went there ulit kanina for my gonal F shot. praying talaga na maging ok lahat. tapos 2x a week na ako nagpapa acupuncture para ok ang eggs na makuha sa akin by May 19.

@momofchamp: sis CD3 kami nagpunta. yung lahat na nabayaran ko is 19,040.. kasama na yung gamot dun.

Hi everyone. I'm new in this site. Thanks for all your sharings. I've had my egg retrieval last friday, 5/15/15. Out of 4 follicles, 3 are with eggs - 2 mature and 1 GV. They inseminated the 2 matured eggs that day but unfortunately, they did not fertilize. The GV egg however, matured on Saturday and we were informed that it was fertilized and developing normally.  We were informed na ife-freeze na sya. Ano ba usually ang procedure after this?

Hi Sis Carylldax! Baka mas mauna ka sakin kasi CD2 ako today.
Went to Kato this morning for bscope and hormone check.
I was prescribed with Progynova para daw controlled ang hormone.
So, babalik ko for check up on CD10 and CD14. And on June 4, transfer na!

Sana kumapit sila babies, In Jesus' Name... Amen!

Hi everyone. I'm new here as well. So grateful I saw this thread! Praying Like Hannah, sabay yata tayo nag egg retrieval. In my case, they got 6 eggs. 2 lang ang mature, 4 ang GV. Was still grateful though coz they were only expecting to just get one coz 1 lang lumaki from the meds. Now, I'm waiting for next Monday for the embryo result. I'm so anxious on the results kaya I don't want to call for updates. Sana good news next week.

Mga sis, any tips from egg retrieval to transfer? If ever,I'm thinking kasi to do the transfer around July/Aug pa coz of scheduled trips. Would there be any adverse affects if ever? Or better to do the transfer agad? Also, as per Dr. Perillo, I would need 12 day rest after the transfer. Ganun ba talaga? My friend kasi only had 1 day leave and okay naman. She's now on her 13th week thanks to KATO.

^Dr. Mendiola is the medical director. Although a friend said all the three doctors have seen her during the course of her minimal stimulation.

Kung sino yata ang available na doctor during the time of your visit.
Dr. Mendiola did my 1st egg retrieval, Dr. Ong-Jao did my 2nd and oftentimes, Dr. Perillo does the ultrasound.

hello mga sis! it's my first time to post here, but i've read most of your posts. i had my egg retrieval last may20, 3 eggs were harvested 2 mature and 1 gv. i was under minimal stimulation. only 1 egg was fertilized so it was frozen at 6 cell day 3. has anyone of you had transfer at this stage and resulted bfp? thank you mga sis. sobrang kinakabahan lang talaga ako kasi most of you had blastocyst transfer :-)

you can always request for the doc na prefer mo but you'll just have to be patient. Ako I always request for Dra. Perillo but I'll just have to wait sa turn nya for tvs or consultation. I prefer kasi na alam yun history ko. Though mabait all doctors wala naman ako masabi. Si Dra. Perillo kasi nag retrieval sa akin etc. etc...
