^yes sis.. I'm 31 weeks pregnant now, day 2 natural IVF ako sa Kato last year..
Regarding your previous question, yes pwede wag muna magpa-treat agad.. Sa case namin, my initial visit was Nov 2013 then May 2014 nako bumalik for the tests etc.

Share ko lang, sa mga di agad nag-positive, never give up. naka 2 cycles ako with Kato before my BFP.. My first try, di ako umabot sa harvest stage kasi ang aga ko nag-ovulate, so cancelled IVF.
The next month, umabot ako sa retrieval stage pero yun egg na nakuha, poor quality kaya di na tinuloy, cancelled IVF ulit. Then my 3rd cycle, ayun maganda yung egg, tuloy tuloy na yun until I got my positive result last August.. Natural IVF ito, no medicines was used kaya isa lang egg ko per cycle. We did that non-stop from May-Aug and we are now expecting our baby boy this coming May.

mas mura yung natural ivf? gano katagal ang processing? maiidentify naman dba kung ngoovulate ka na para iretrieve nila yung egg? maassess ba kgad kung regular yung ovulation mo at kung healty yung ovary mo para magproduce ng good egg? sorry dami kong tanong.. mas feel ko kc yung natural ivf pero it is not guaranteed naman na pag yung isang ivf is effective dba and its costly.. tama ba ko?

^yes mas mura sya kasi no stimulation medicines will be needed. unlike minimal stimulation ivf, same cycle ang Natural IVF. for minimal stimulation kasi, if na-retrieve yung eggs mo this cycle, next month pa yung transfer mo.. sa Natural IVF, after ma-retrieve yung eggs mo, fertilized lang nila then transfer the same month.. 

yes they would be able to identify your ovulation thru blood tests and transvaginal ultrasound starting on day 2 of your cycle. but please keep in mind na not all cycles gives good quality eggs. like in my case, yung 2nd attempt ko, may nakuhang egg pero bad quality so cancelled IVF pero that doesn't mean na pangit na eggs mo every cycle ha.. it happens lang talaga na di lahat ng eggs perfect.. then my next cycle, my egg was in good quality na, ito na sya 32 weeks na kami..

the Kato doctors would advice naman what kind of IVF suits your situation depending on your case and yes, IVF is never guaranteed kaya every clinic may success rate sila per age group.. I had my first IVF pala sa ibang IVF clinic, stimulated cycle yun, pero failed.. sa day 2 natural IVF ako ng Kato naging successful.. my advice is before you start IVF, set your expectations na din, both you and your partner.. be prepared emotionally, spiritually and ofcourse financially..

question.. anong day ang egg retrieval? cd14 ba during ovulation days? at kelan ilalagay yung egg+sperm sau? may sense ba yung tanong ko? hahahha

@willdeth: yes sis, IVF na kapag hindi na patent ang tubes mo. Fallopian tubes kasi ang bridge ng egg cells mo from the ovary to the uterus. Kung walang bridge, di mafefertilize ang eggs mo You can try having surgery to correct the non-patent tubes, pero hindi ito guarantee na cure.


@leighya0916: sis Cycle Day 14 dapat, if your cycle lasts 28 days, the first day being your first day of menses Embryo transplant comes 3 or 5 days (depends on the embryologist) after the Egg retrieval.

Hello po, im back.. Failed natural ivf ako nung 1st wk feb. Pahinga sa puso nung last wk feb menstruation. Balik alindog ngayong march april may for minimal stims. Mas challlenging nga sa akin coz i am from outside manila. We need to book a plane pa to get to kato. Depressing at lalo na sa gastos, but fight pa din. Cd2 ako ngayon w 18k nabayaran for consulations and tests. Exclusing airfare, etc. Hehe

Mga sissies tanong ko lang, during ur ivf procedure, are u employed? Coz i am planning kasi to resign. Hindi naman masyado stress work ko, kaya lang medyo conflict kase sa work ko. Kaya lang din, sayang naman sweldo ko, additional income din yun. Sino may experience dito na ivf at work pinagsabay?

^ako sis sabay yung uvf with my work.  Di pa dito yung ivf ko, sa Thailand ko ginawa yung akin.  Nagpa work up ako ke Dra Manalo tapos yung malapit na yung harvesting ng eggs nagpunta na ako sa Bumrungrad.  Nagleave asawa ko ng 1 week, ako 2 weeks sa Thailand.

hi sis dudzrea as I remember kapag may tubal issues hindi recommended ang natural IVF kasi Day 2 embies ang i-transfer sayo and day 2 embies are prone to travelling back to your fallopian tubes therefore may risk for tubal pregnancies. But you may double check with them just to be sure God speed!

Bilaterally removed na ba ang tubes mo sis? On my case kasi I have one tube left kasi my other tube ruptured due to ectopic pregnancy and as per assessment hindi na ako qualified for natural ivf. Magpa-consult ka muna sis. Okay naman sa Kato kasi they will explain everything and very accommodating sila. God bless! All the best!

Im on my mini stims ivf w kato this month of april. Done w retrieval na, ang sakit pala. Weve got 4 eggs but 1 mature lang, galing pa naman to nag GV. Try daw nila to blastocyst. To follow up pa next week. Mga sis, sino nagka GV dito tapos successful? Nakaka lungkot man isipin pero ayaw ko muna mag expect.

Sa kato kasi sis kelangan 1 week in a month, or averagely every other week, mga 2 months or so yung procedure and tests. Takot din naman ako mag resign. Hehe! Nag emergency absent lang din. Pakapalan sa mukha. Bahala na. Hehe
