Hi mga sis,
I read thru the website of kato and very interesting approach nila. Pwede ba magpa egg cryopreservation lang muna dito? May mga blood tests ba before sa egg cryopreservation?

Sis kung hypothyroid ka metformin wont help kasi metformin is for people with sugar level problems, diabetes, etc. Mga thyrax tablets ang iniinom ng mga may thyroid prob. Consult ka muna ng endocrinologist for that.

Ah buti naman may egg cryo sa kato sis baka try ko muna yun. When you go to kato for ivf sa cycle na yan diretso na ba start ang whole process sa first day na visit mo? Or dapat punta ka dun month or months before for checkups and lab workups?
And do they transfer 2 embryos or isa lang?

The process will start on ur 3rd day of period. Pumunta ka anytime, and bring mga lab results pertaining to ur fertility or anything that the sics can assess para malaman nila kung ano approach gagawin nila. They transfer up to 2 embies or blastos.

sis somedaymom, when ang transfer mo? baka next year na ako pa ivf ulet sa kato coz busy this december.. nung nag opu ako last nov pina inom ako ng duphaston para ready daw if ever mag FET in 2 days para magimplant cya. i think pangpakapal yan ng lining sis.. try to ask them sis baka you can take duphaston na like few days before ur transfer para sure lang..

Thanks sis lovelee. Hindi ko alam kelan papatak ang transfer ko lase imomonitor pa alam ko kung kelan ako mag ovulate ten magkakacount ng 5-6 days from that day. I'll ask them about duphaston pagpunta ko sa friday my 10th day of period. [textspeak!] sis update mo kami and goodluck to all of us.

Hello mga Sis, medyo matagal akong di naka pag  update.
Last Sat, Dec 8, nag egg retrieval ako sa KATO..the procedure was very light..parang kahit bago ako kay Dr. Mendiola eh ang tagal na nya ako pasyente.
may 3 eggs na na harvest sa akin..day 1 nila kanina 10AM ako pinatawag..sad to know na yung pinakamaliit na na harvest na egg eh nag arrest na...yung isang mature nag fertilize then tom i will call them again para malaman kung ok pa yung isa...ganun pala yung feeling na sinabi ni sis Shanmar na para ka ding may baby na na chinecheck dun kung ok sila.....kaya nga kaninang 10am, si hubby ang kumausap sa Embryologist ng KATO kasi shempre natatakot akong makarinig ng negative :-(
i need to pray more para umabot ng blasto yung 2 natira...sabi ko nga sa prayers ko kanina...wait nila ko magpapa polypectomy lang ako and when I'm ready, dapat ready din sila.
They found a polyp in my endometrium so tatanggalin muna..dun daw kasi yung implantation at di pwedeng me polyp dun.

Hi sis cacay im sorry to here about your emby..basta have faith lang sis ill pray for you and your embies na maging okay at maka survived sila basta just keep the faith were here to support each other..basta pray lang ha..i know how you feel sis masakit sa pakairamdam ng sakin feeling ko nabawasan ako ng nag arrest yung emby ko parang kakabit ko na sha nakakatawa siguro sa iba but yun talaga ang naramdaman ko sobrsng na sad ako..pero we need to keep fighting sis later or sooner mag  kaka baby din tyo :)goodluck sis baby dust!

Hi mga sis! Update ulit ako. I got a text from KATO this afternoon. I was advised to visit them again tom because the embroyologist will talk to us abt the status of my embies...yung mature embryo...nasa Morulla stage na though delayed na sha..i still have until tom to know if mag blasto na sha...the other one is in 6 cell stage pero naka freeze na muna daw. everytime na tatawag si hubby sa KATO to check the status nag pray lang sa office and holding ST. Jude:-) kasi parang pag ako nawawalan ako concentration if i hear negative news kc.
I will update again tom...have to ready big amt na naman tom.

good day mga sis...tagal na di gumagalaw ng thread ah..anyway galing ulit kami kanina sa kato..sad to say wala ako na producena eggs this cycle..looking forward pa naman kami na mag ivf as soon as possible..so advice nila is to use yasmin pills para ma regular ang mens ko for 2 months..after 2 months daw baka may ma produce na pero with mild stimulation na..so by march na kami makaka pag proceed..ganun talaga...buti na lang at maganda homily ni father nung december 19 about sa mother ni john the baptist kaya ayun relate ako...sabi nga " in GODS perfect time....merry christmas mga sis..hope everyone gets their wish for this year..god bless everyone..

Hi mga sis tagal kong di nag update din. Medyo dinaanan lang ng matinding family problem.
Sis mommy ni sailorman, oo napinggan ko din yun homily...the more na nag trust ako kay God na it will happen inHis perfect time.
Next year na din ang balik ko sa Kato pero am still undecided if ipapa arrest ko nayung isang emby na naka freeze at 6 cell stage. Sabi kasi hindi daw ganun ka mabilis mag develop so nag decide si doc na ituloy na lang daw sa human body ang development nya at i freeze na...me mga embryo daw na gusto andedevelop sa loob ng womb...pero inisip ko bka mag failed din yun.
Yung matured emby ko pala nag arrest hanggang morula lang sha.
Siningit ko lang ito mga sis...wala pa akong enough sleep at rest.
Let's all be positive that good thing will come to those who wait.
