Favorite ko ang Laksa noodles at Hainanese chicken rice nila.

Pero yun Laksa sa isang Singaporean restaurant pa lang ako nakakain aside from the imported Laksa instant noodles sa grocery.

Hainanese naman dun din sa resto (Cubao) and sa King Bee.. Sarap!

Any other suggestions ng Singaporean foods?

Char kway teow - pancit, fried or not, winner sa akin.

^^ i love the ones sa SG talaga.. but if here sa Pinas:

- hainanese chicken- Wee Nam Kee! Shiok is quite good too.
- bak kwa- Bee Cheng Hiang (I buy in SG pero alam ko may branch na sa Rob Midtown)
- kaya toast- Toast Box in SG is yummy, so baka yung franchise rin here sa Pinas we buy kaya jam kasi sa SG tapos inuuwi namin dito pero alam ko available na rin here ngayon sa Breadtalk.
- char kway teow- I've tried Shiok & it's good!
- chicken satay- more on Thai restos ko sya nata-try pag dito sa Manila e.
- char siew & yong t a u foo- parang haven't tried this much sa restos here.

Mee siam - sweet spicy beehoon (my favorite)
Mee rebus- pancit with peanut sauce
Mee goreng - spaghetti version

Malay food yan na naglipana sa Singapore.

Baka may mapansin kayo sa menu sa Pinas. try no.

I love the fish head curry at Nasi Lemak. I haven't eaten at other Singaporean restos in Metro Manila, so I don't know kung saan pa okay.

I used to go to Rasa Singapura at Scout Ybardolaza many years ago.  I love their char kway teow.

For Hainanese chicken rice, ang gusto ko yung kay Chef Stevie.

^ Yes, by order lang yun tapos pick-up somewhere in Bel Air.  It is really good.  I haven't tasted Wee Nam Kee here but friends say that mas masarap ang kay Chef Stevie.

kakagaling ko lang sa SG so far eto natikman ko:

sting ray - masarap sana kaso maanghang
Ice Kacang - parang snow cone na halo halo ng pinas. masarap din to lalo na sa mainit na panahon
Bee Chen Hiang sliced pork - super natuwa ako kasi everywhere meron nito! mahal nga lang sayang pala dapat nag uwi ako ng madami

I forgot, I also like chili crabs pero I dunno san may masarap dito sa Manila. My mom likes their dessert called Ice kacang pero i haven't tried it.
