Female Friendly Gyms in Manila and Quezon City

Hi sisters,


I'm dying to lose weight and I'm very much eager to hit the gym. It's my first time and I'm kinda worried which gym to visit. Well aside from Fitness First and Gold's Gym, do you know any female friendly gyms in Manila or Quezon City? I reside near UST and Quezon City area is pretty fine with me. I'm also looking for gym buddies! Haha.

Fight Factory in T. Morato
FIST gym in Timog
Bodyworx Spa & Fitness Club in West Ave.
Sarreal Boxing gym in Banawe

Google nyo na lang for rates/schedule etc.

what do you guys mean by female friendly gym? Is it a gym na hindi hardcore (medyo fancy) at maraming classes or a gym
na hindi puro lalake?

Aww... Close na yung adrenaline fitness gym sa may dapitan, but i go to appolus fitness gym sa may tayuman, m2 blocks away from sm san lazarao...affordable and marami din girls na nagggym, friendly pa mga gym goers dun...
