we were in ATC kanina, syempre dumaan kami ng Banapple just to buy tuna and chicken pies!

Yun sa market2x branch nauubusan ng pies wala pa yun 6pm

Ano yun pasta na penne tapos parang bolognese ang sauce? Kasi d ba yun cheesy penne naka-bowl? Ito naka flat oval dish.

Nagpadeliver kami ng Banapple for dinner: baked fish gratinee, beef tapa, longanisa plus slices ng Banoffee Pie at Honeycrunch cake. Order ko yung beef tapa, masarap pa rin sya! Gustong-gusto ko talaga yung tapa nila~ though parang Pinoy beef steak strips ang dating nya sa akin. Tinikman ko yung longanisa na order ng pinsan ko (dati fave nya ito pag sa resto ng Banapple kami umoorder), hmmm ang tabang parang di longanisa. Siguro kasi walang suka na kasama yung delivered packs. Pero yung baked fish at beef tapa, yummy pa rin. Yung cakes di ako kumain haha, ayoko ng matamis ngayon eh. Pero may chicken pie pa akong pang breakfast at merienda bukas yum!

@stormy: penne bolognese lang ata yun. Yung baked penne kasi naka-bowl tapos may cheese sauce and sliced sausages.

@cleo: sis masarap nga daw talaga ang tapa, fave ng family ko yan!

Ang sulit talaga ng savory pies ng banapple! Yung chicken pie nila hinati namin sa 3 for breakfast.  Sobrang busog na ako sa 1/3 ng chicken pie nila. Yummy! Naiisip ko tuloy pang christmas gift ito sa mga neighbors. 13 pies in magandang packaging  siguro is a nice christmas giveaway na no?

apart from banoffee pie, ang fave ko dito is yung two-nut caramel cheesecake.  Madalas wala sya sa display dito sa Ayala triangle, that's why I always ask if it's available.

^ di ko pa na-try, bihira ako mag-cheesecake dun e. Di ba uber tamis? Although nakita ko parang drizzle yung caramel sa taas, hindi sya talagang covered diba? may nuts ba sa mismong cheesecake or plain lang?

banapple is super affordable! we love the salads as they have really yummy dressings and fresh, crisp greens.

anybody tried their sandwiches? just for got the brand name but it's also inside the banapple store in market market

^ masarap yung roast beef and pulled pork sandwich sa Sandwicheese! di ako impressed masyado sa sandwich ng Banapple mismo.

^^ oh thanks! we will try that once, their sandwiches do look good at the price is not bad!

^ yup, di ko lang pinapalagyan nung parang cream cheese nila. Nauumay na ako kasi sobrang cheesy na rin nung sandwiches dahilsa cheese sauce ata yun on top. Bt in fairness, di naman tipid sa filling kaya ok rin. Sa Banapple, sa pasta, rice and sweets/ cakes ako. Pag sandwiches eh pass...

finally tried banapple with their banana starry-berry custard cheesecake and im not impressed. mejo high kc expectation ko sa banapple.. hehe! sorry but i think i wont buy again that cake.

^Parehas tayo sis, hindi ko rin masyadong gusto ang cheesecakes nila, parang kulang sa asim sa akin, gusto ko kasi yung Medyo tart yung parang sa cheesecake ng S&R. Pero love ko yung honey lovin crunch cake nila (kahit ubod Ng tamis haha!), yung tapa, lasagna at savory pies nila :-)
