Hi sis, im from Antipolo. Me and my fiancé loves massages! I've tried Nuat Thai Ortigas Ave. Extension, Taytay. Not nice at all. The ambience sucks, and not even close to relaxing. :|
But i do love Nuat Thai, Libis Branch. They have the best service and facilities!

We tried yun Wensha sa Antipolo, super na relax naman kami at nabusog sa buffet 
For me worth it naman yun P780 na package para sa massage, buffet, unlimited beer at jacuzzi

I'm a regular of Wensha sis. Tried all their branches, Timog, Macapagal and the newly opened Antipolo. Super thrilled nga ako nung nalaman kong magkakaron ng Wensha here sa atin kasi I'm from Antipolo lang din. Usually, on or before midnight kami pumapasok tapos labas morning na. Hahaha. Kaya, wala na kami masyado na-aabutang buffet, kasi hindi sya 24hrs. Yung shabu-shabu lang pede 24hrs. At beers din cutoff till 12midnight lang din ata.

Hi sis I've tried once yun sa may Valley Fair I forgot the name lang pero yun owner yata celebrity daw. Medyo okay naman yun facilities nila and mura massage with sauna na, kapag 2pm-4 or 5pm yata Php250 massage nila.

^^nacurious ako sa 14 Four Cafe, sis... thanks for this post.  lagi ako dumadaan sa Gregoria Heights... di ko pa ito napuntahan ever...pero magtatanong tanong ako... parang magandang ciang place to hang out

sis galing kami 14Four Cafe last weekend ng hubby ko, we made a reservation kasi maliit nga lang yun place pero super nice, cozy & relaxing naman except lang that night kasi maiingay yun family na katabi namin, hehe. We also checked out their showroom nakakatuwa yun mga furniture nila, unique designs. Hindi ko na tinanong mga price kasi from what it looks like mukhang pricey sila.
By the way, I super love their food. Naadik kami sa Tea nila

hi sisses! so happy i found this thread. i've lived in cainta all my life pero ngayon ko lang nalaman na marami palang pwedeng pasyalan sa tabi-tabi aside from malls. lakwatsera ako pero homebased ang work ko ngayon so medyo out of touch sa friends. haha. pa-join naman sa gimikan if ever matuloy.

Medyo OT lang, just sharing a rather unpleasant encounter last weekend in Manila East Medical Center. I had to be rushed to the ER kasi sumpong asthma ko, hindi naman ganon kalala. Pero napansin lang namin ng parents ko, lahat kaming mga patients sa ER at the time (there were about 5 patients including me) pine-pressure ng staff na ipa-confine. Tapos when we declined, naging sobrang shabby na ng treatment.

Aoshi_01 - Wensha is along sumulong highway. If you are coming down from Antipolo proper, pagkalampas na siya ng Valley Golf sa may left side. Pagnakita mo na yung Cafe Lupe, andun na rin yung Wensha sa loob.

sis, I can't say na madami ang parking slot kasi nasa loob sya ng village e, nung nagpunta kami parang 4 cars yun nakapark sa labas eh since nakamotor lang naman kami pinapasok na sa loob ng gate yun motor namin kasi wala na rin kami maparkingan sa labas

Hi sis, plano ko na magstart this month sana may nakita ako new gym dito sa 3rd floor ng Yamaha, that's after ng Parco kung galing ka ng bagong palengke then paglagpas lang kwatro-kantos kung galing ka sa kalayaan park.
baka mag inquire ako dun mamaya para makita ko rin yun facilities nila.

Up^ from cainta malapit sa sm hyper na dating makro. Share ko lang mga sis baka interested kayo magtry ng zumba meron sa cainta church every Fri.

@black_sheep, sis nagtanong nako sa GYM kanina, yun sa taas ng Norkis.
500/monthly and fee then pwede ka rin kumuha ng 2months membership for only 800 yata.
You can request to have your own Trainor pero may fee per day. Or pwede rin naman wala tapos bibigyan ka na lang nila ng guide/exercise plan.
May Aerobics din sila, 600/monthly with free use of GYM.
Nice naman yun place, nasa 3rd floor sila so medyo over looking pa while working out. 

Binigyan ako ng free trial nung owner, pwede daw ako punta dun sa Monday 7:30PM para makasabay rin ako sa Aerobics.
