Will buy new tv since my previous 32" American home plasma tv worth 18k was shutdown already. Tech problem: panel. So timing that there is 0% interest offer for  east west cc Samsung 43" plasma tv PA-43H4000. Payable for 12months P1,162.50/month. Is the price for the unit worth it? Pls need your feed backs sissies, it's my hard earned money so I want to buy something that is worth my penny.

^from reading up about TVs, i've learned that LED TVs are more cost-efficient than Plasma TVs so you might want to consider getting a LED one instead.

^^ Heard that Samsung is phasing out its Plasma TVs this year. I'm not sure, but if that's the case, parang ang hirap if you have a plasma tv and something happens to it, paano yung mga parts? Parang ang hassle lang. Besides, plasma tvs are so expensive. You can get something that's just as good for less.

^^ well they said pag new daw pinapabayaran pero so far friends who brought along their giant TVs with them to the PH ay di naman pinabayaran sa kanila. esp OFWs. my MIL is bringing home our 47' panasonic led tv - kausapin nya na lang daw customs pag sinita sya.

Hi girls, I have a 39" Sharp Aquos TV and wala pa syang one year and I noticed na parang merong bubble like figures sa interface nya kala ko nabasa or something pero parang hindi naman. Ano kayang problema nito. Nasa province na kami and I couldn't find any service center. Do you girls know ano kaya yun?

^well i've had my LG 32LB582B for 6 months pa lang, but i NEVER had any problems (yet), hehe. Everything's good, can't complain. Na-try ko na rin to look at pics saved in my flash drive, ok din.

In our new home, we just mounted the TV we bought from Sony last week. It's 42 in smart TV.
Ganda ng 4K technology! Kaso ang laki ng smallest size nila.

Simula bata ako Sony brand namin and they last at least about 10 years. We just buy para new model pero di sila sira. Kahit mahal, they're very much worth it

don't buy sky worth sisses. ours just got busted though 2 years pa lang. though it's wall-hanged in our cr, I believe the cleaning aids which are abrasive have nothing to do with it getting busted. we promptly replaced it with 22 inch lg led tv.

I would like to ask based on your experience, which LED TV brand is na pwedeng gamitin ay outdoor antenna lang?

Wala kasi kaming balak magpakabit pa ng cable. Sony LCD kasi namin ay nagpakabit pa talaga kami ng cable para magamit pero this time sa Laguna kasi namin dadalhin ang LED TV.

Recently upgraded our years old TV to a:

Samsung - 60" Class (60" Diag.) - LED - 1080p - Smart - 3D - HDTV - Silver with a 240z refresh rate.

Picture quality is very smooth and clear.  I didn't think I would care much for the 3D feature but found the different viewing experience enjoyable especially for certain movies.
Smart TV features are good to have, the voice commands takes some getting used to.
I like that the remote control has a touch pad, makes navigating easier.
Easy access to Amazon Prime Video, Netflix and Youtube.
Externally, the TV is very slim, light and was easy to set up.
Overall very satisfied with our choice.  (we also looked at LG, Vizio, Sony and other brands).

Hi, jareivy.

It depends on the antenna and location.  We too have a Sony TV and hirap makakuha ng free TV signal as walang external antenna unlike yun mga old CRT TVs.  Same applies sa LG TV namin.  But we bought yun cheap na indoor antenna that you plug too for power - meaning it has an antenna booster.  Sa Balic-Balic, Manila lang kami.  Kapag ground floor lang medyo not so nice most channels pero kapag sa 2nd floor maliwanag. 

When I bought yun TV it was tested sa external antenna setup nila sa store na nakakabit sa roof.  Just try to get a good antenna and locate where may best signal na walang interference.  Problem rin ito if mountainous ang area and/or maraming iron ang lupa - reddish usually yun soil sa area if so. 

The other alternative is place a long wire on the ground to serve as your antenna kung delikado yun patayo.  Old school antenna ay simply string wire sa trees even - as plants can also act as antenna.

If you are using a booster do note na it can attract lightning rin kaya dapat may ground ka so that your TV won't blow up - if I still recall my electronics lessons right.

TIP.  If you still have a CRT TV test mo muna saan yun mahusay ang signal using that.  Then on that location mo rin ilagay yun external antenna mo for the LED TV.  You just need to fine tune it para mas clear ang signal.  Again, if you are using an antenna booster pay attention na its grounded lalo na kung external.  There are DIY types nun o kits even.  And use properly insulated antenna wires o better yet cable wires para hindi magkaroon ng major loss of signal.  Kapag exposed yun wiring o manipis yun shielding pangit ang signal.

Sa CDR King lang ako bumili ng cheap indoor antenna.  Haven't tested sa external antenna - as tinatamad to set one up

I recently bought a 32 inch Sony Bravia LED TV for 13999 sa SM Appliance center. Hindi pa siya full HD, HD ready lang and hindi smart TV kaya cheaper. Pero okay na yun for our TV viewing, enjoy na kids ko. I checked Lazada, same model is 12,888, much cheaper. Kaya lang when I checked the warranty sa Lazada 1 year lang, sa SM 2 years ang warranty. Kaya siguro may price difference.
