Yup many online tutorials are FREE and that are also well-written. author usually asks for donations, or promotes a product or service, or simply earns from the site ads.

mga sis help naman i had created my facebook fanpage for my online business...but when i tag the pic of the album to one of my friends ..ang lumalabas na nagtag or shared sa knya is ako(personal profile) ko and not my online shop....pano ko magagawa na pag tinag ko yun pic sa album ng fanpage ko yun pic padin ng fanpage profile ko ang lalabas??

^ I tried it myself - I have a page and I've tagged a few people. Di nagwork - profile pic ko pa rin ang nakaindicate that I've tagged them.

Maybe Facebook likes it that way because people are complaining against that tagging spam. Maraming gumagawa nito.

It's always better to invite/encourage people to like your page, than tagging them. Mas maganda ang exposure coz, in time, you just need update the page without needing to tag people and be flagged as a spammer in Facebook.

additional: the setting i've used is "You are posting, commenting, and liking as <insert page name here>" so my personal profile was not used

before wala akong kaalam-alam sa mga domain names, hosting, etc. i can't imagine na yun pala ang magiging work description ko for almost 5yrs now after kong mag-change ng career.

anyway, maraming free hosting sites na available. kalimitan bumibili muna ng domain name at saka ida-divert sa isang free hosting site. kapag mataas na ang traffic saka pa lang bumibili ng hosting services. and para mag-increase ang traffic ng isang website kailangan catchy ang domain name- unique at madaling tandaan. pwede din gumawa ng search engine campaign para makita ang iyong website sa first page ng mga search results.

^ forgot to mention, yun na mismo ang ginawa ko; the facebook page is the "admin" account and not my profile. anyway, i've edited the above post.

actually the most cost-effective way is to use blogger as the webhost and just use custom domain - so you do not have to worry pag mataas ang traffic. walang bandwidth limitations kasi ang blogger unlike when you are paying for a webhost.

i have both self-hosted WP sites and blogger blogs and websites. tipid talaga pa rin sa blogger if you are expecting huge amount of traffic.

if you're just running a personal blog, pwede na kahit di na magbayad ng webhost. it's also a pain to fix self-hosted wordpress as you almost always need an expert to do that.

^ suggestion ko lang dun muna kayo sa free saka di naman kailangan credit card facility tapos Cash on delivery or bank desposit sa savings account nyo. usually pag credit card facility ang target market nyo is international na.. start small baka ma overwhelm kayo sa expense at sa mga kailangang maintenance pag nag full blast agad kayo

^  Hmmmm programmer ako, system analyst and do designing ren before.  okay lang na paiba iba.  pero talk to the designer/developer kung ano gusto mo. 

since you said na paiba iba ang gusto mo, do you have something in mine?  tell them the color, the theme type, saan nakalagay yung menu, everything.  you want it clean or chicky looking?

so the designer/developer can make a sample dummy or drawing at first.  kasi kung buo na, tapos papabago mo, then papabago mo, then papabago mo nanaman, ibang usapan na po iyan

i know someone na gumagawa ng websites, then kung papadesign nyo lang yung free webhost, ok ren lang siguro.  basta nasa web service sya.  do you have a range of hanggang how much ang iaaccept nyong fee?  or you want to talk to the person muna.

para worry-free, i asked someone to do it for me, i basically just gave him an instruction on how I want my website to look like and good thing this developer (www.leobohol.com) btw, his name is leo. leo did a great job on creating the whole look of my online business site, its a CMS format meaning, I can literally update my website on my own (its like having your own blogsite whenever there are thing needed for uploading new line of products, you get to do it by yourself) - no need to call your developer to fix/update it for you.
