I called Fino Alabang Town Center, they do not have lifetime warranty daw. They also do not do cleaning, repairs lang daw.

Dati pang ganun. Pwede repair pero may bayad. Like kung sira yung zipper or strap pwede pagawa sa kanila.  Mura lang naman ang charge.

5years or so ago, nasira yung tassel ng bag ko and they replaced it without any charge. I think the charging for repairs is a fairly new policy.  Even before I can have my bag cleaned free of charge, which they no longer offer now

^Sayang naman, yung after-sales service nila yung isa pa naman sa biggest selling points nila over other brands.  That's what convinced me to buy from them instead of ordering a bag online, tapos babaguhin pala nila yung policy na yun shortly after

Nasira yung zipper nung bag ko (super overuse and abuse) and they charged Php 300 lang naman.
Free yung service, pero yung materials yung may bayad.

Nasira din yung screw sa cardholder ko and I just had to buy a new one for Php 40.

Okay naman yung customer service in both instances.

I'm waiting for Fino's 2016 mid-year sale this July. Planning to do early xmas shopping

^parang konti nga lang sis ang shops nila no. Napansin ko lang ang Fino sa ATC eh. Angmamahal ng satchels at totes.. Pero may mga mura din like crossbody bag around 3.5k

they have a sale right now where you get 50% off on the second item you purchase. not bad na rin

Gusto ko yun red davos bag nila. Parang speedy. Katuwa kasi maliit lang ang price diff ng small at large davos.. Angkaso parang masyadong malaki ang large as crossbody...leather wallet/passport holder lang binili ko for my hubby. Ganda din ng color eh.. Sabi ko nga kung hindi nya gagamitin akin na lang yun hehe.. 😂
