^Yes, they do. My 15 year old purse needed to have its zipper changed and they repaired it for free.

Hindi ba madali magscuff yung sides ng bag?ang gaganda ng leather bags nila..so far i only own mini leather goods from fino, and they are really nice..

i finally bought my first fino handbag yesterday, yey! 'twas a gift actually from fiance so the better, ako lang nautusan bumili. haha. and i super loooooove it.

kahapon may couple na nagpamade to order ng keychains tapos they claimed them na dun sa shop. mukang pang gift/giveaway kasi nakabox pa per keychain. so i asked around. they do personalize stuff, say keychains, pwedeng ikaw din gumawa ng design, kunwari pang souvenir, and they will heatstamp it too. but the catch is kailangan in bulk. like 100 pieces above sa small goods. they do customize bags too, pero not sure yung SA if pwedeng isa lang, what she knows is they accept customization if in bulk.

medyo OT, pero meron na din nag offer saken na they can customize bags for me, kahit anong design na gusto ko, pero takot ako kasi baka mag turn out na di maganda yung finished product sayang lang. usually from marikina/cubao area sila. siguro if i can afford it na, i can have one bag customized, if FINO will accept one lang.

I bought one fino bag pang hehe..kasi i dont want to use my LV bag sa MRT..imagine kung maslash..waaa. but fino bags are so durable..;-)

I have their card holder, the one with plastic pouches inside. Gusto kasi ni hubby ng card holder na slim lang. And it's cheap ha, Php 495 for a genuine leather plus may lifetime warranty pa.

I have a Fino green bag, yung croc style and I love it! I receive compliments mostly from people from the office if they see the bag. It looks sosyal kasi. I bought it July last year, during their annual sale.

What I like about Fino is aside from the bags being proudly Pinoy, they are also durable. Yun nga lang, since leather, medyo heavy.

I plan to buy another Fino bag sa sale nila ulit. Mas makakatipid kasi talaga.

I bought my mom a fino leather satchel/tote bag okay naman ang quality. Price is around 10-11k.  I heard up to par ang quality sa designer leather products

Patay nakita ko tong thread na to! I am also lemming for a Fino bag Binalikan ko uli sa trinoma kahapon, but I walked out empty handed. Hehe.

I have a Fino bag pero bigay lang siya sa akin. Not sure if it's a laptop bag, but I'm using it as one. Very sturdy! And pretty Not sure what type of leather it is, pero bright red siya na parang croc skin leather. So durable, I've had it for years - I stopped using it for one or two years in between, tinago ko lang siya - and kahit ginagamit ko na siya uli ngayon daily for my laptop and other heavy stuff - it still looks so pretty! And ang ayos pa niya!

My coin purse is also from Fino. I've been using it for three years na siguro, and it's still very much okay

Now, if only I can have a Fino tote bag or doctor's bag  Pricey din kasi eh, yung mga gusto ko kahapon, 10k+ na rin pala. Although winner naman sa durability.

i go to fino trinoma because i live near. went there the other day, and they have a new collection of bags too.

i asked about their yearly sale, no word yet daw from the heads.

I love fino. Sa dami na naming nabili from this store, my husband and i each have a discount card. What I like too is their lifetime warranty. Once nasira yung tassel ng bag ko and they replaced/repaired it no questions asked. Maganda din siyang pang regalo. I actually gave this as a thank you gift to my pedia and ob the christmas after I gave birth (Hindi kasi kami siningil ng PF, mas mura pa din ang bag 

What I noticed too, the quality of the leather does not change over the years. I have a doctor's bag that I had since 2009 and it still looks good. Yung hardware Lang na has tarnished a bit.

Oh you can bring your bags to fino for leather cleaning. They'll gladly do that for free
