I bought a la maison soap in white tea. Smells good! Favorite ko din yung coconut milk variant. First time ko ma-try yung nature's best shampoo, sana si matigas sa hair.

I recently bought Fenugreek for my co worker who just gave birth.  I sure hope at 600 and 100 caps, that it would be effective for her enhance breast milk production.  Malunggay capsules did not work that well for me.

Visited Healthy options to grab some tea. Then i saw this Triple Leaf Tea, Ultra Slim Herbal Tea. I must say it is actually good naman just add honey. Its good for cleansing, parang similar lang siya sa Senna leaves/tea.

A La Maison pure coconut with argan oil liquid soap (sana pala white tea kinuha ko para mas mabango).
Nature's Garden sulfate-free shampoo aloe and lavender.

There's something about the smell of the witch hazel toner that bothers me. My face feels light and clean after using it but I just can't stand its smell that's why I decided to just give it to my cousin

^^ sis i think it helps regulate menstrual cycle. Tried it before but since hindi naman ako irreg, once lang ako uminom. Ate ko umubos, she's irreg pero she had her mens on time that month

Mga sis, anong marerecommend nyong sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner na mabango from HO? I prefer floral and fresh scent at ayaw ko naman ng citrus scent.

^di ganun ka-bango yung mga sulfate-free shampoo nila, yung gamit ko is yung medyo citrusy.
