Ay not sure pero yun yung Milk Thistle nireseta ng doctor na Silymarin.

I'm also trying that mask with ACV pero mga 2x pa lang. Ok naman so far but let's see in the coming weeks.

i tried all variants sis mura lang kasi yung yogi tea nila..  i love the detox and stomach ease kasi masarap yung tea. the rest are ok as well.
with regards to the marketing claims na its for hormones or detox or cleansing, i dont think so.. pero since masarap and healthy, i think its good :p

I love healthy options ;)

I have curly hair and natural shampoos and conditioner worked for me:

andalou naturals moisturizing shampoo and conditioner smells amazing and great for my hair

For skin care:
Dr. Browns Black Soap - facial cleanser
Andalou Naturals Clarifying - toner
Sunflower oil - moisturizer
Face mask - aztec bentonite clay

For supplements:
Solgar Chelated Zinc - much better than zinc picolinate
Naturol Chromium Picolinate GTF - much better formulation

Based on diligently checking formulations, solgar always has better formulations than HO brand; and Naturol always has the cheaper brand with similar formula

For teas; anything hibiscus taste great; yogi teas are cheap and smells and tastes exotic :D

I also buy my spices from healthy options

For chips or junk fooods, it is much cheaper to buy in the grocery than healthy options. However, I buy my flour for baking ingredients like flour/buttermilk/baking soda from healthy options. Also, their pancake mix is simply divine. Love their oats...

This is true. I also check rin, and always end up choosing Solgar. Currently, I have Solgar's B Complex, Hair Skin Nails, and Evening Primrose Oil.

Finally nakabili na rin ako ng castor oil. Medyo pricey kaya pinag ipunan ko talaga. 435 100ml. Sana umokey na hair ko. Nakakastress kahit ayaw kong mastress. Kaso bakit ganun while applying constant pa rin hairfall? Gano katagal kaya bago makita yung effect?

Just bought HOs Zinc picolinate (585) and Pathothenic acid (499). Im hoping this will help me control my breakouts because i don't want to continue the birth control pills that my derma has prescribed!

So far so good, di pa ko nagbrebreakout after stopping my pills tapos medyo nabawasan na appetite ko (don't know if its the pathothenic acid or because i stopped the pills)

Also drinking yogi skin detox - di ko type pero kailangan pagtiyagaan hahaha.. medyo lasang bulaklak na matamis na hindi ko maintindihan hehe pero surprisingly no migraine kasi madalas minamigraine ako sa lipton green tea eh
