wala kase sa GNC.. e parang kung hindi GNC e healthy options lang yung choices ko pag mga US brand na medicine

It's a brand called Youtheory. I bought it sa Costco sa US but I saw that they sell it here too sa Somera at Glorietta. Kaso you need to take 3 capsules twice a day so 6 daily total.

I can tell may effect sya. I seem to want to sleep early since I started taking these. Also I dont feel as much body pain next day after I workout. (I go to the gym almost daily kasi) I've been taking this since Sept and I can tell may ibang glow ang skin. I also take vitamin C kasi sabi it works hand in hand with collagen.

Saw Garcinia at GNC sa Shang Mall sa Rustans Supermarket store nila just last weekend. Parang 2 bottles nalang

I tried their apple chips at healthy options and its really good.  Kinda expensive though but it is worth a try

Most of their healthy goodies are tasty, yon nga lang pricey talaga.
I love the Valdosta Pecans there. hehe

maganda ang effect sakin ang vit. E from Solgar... kahit yung 200 IU lang... mas ok pa sya kesa sa 400 IU ng Myra-E

thanks sa mga GTers, I also learned about Yogi tea Skin Detox and Zinc Picolonate, na-lessen yung pagkaron ko ng acne during periods, and I also take them para mag-heal agad yung acne scars.. smoother na face ko lately... I alternate this with my vit. E every other day

Hi sis, sa megamall branch sis. Limited stocks lang talaga sya and two bottles lang ang max na pwede nila ibigay sa mga nag pareserve. Pareserve ka na rin sis

Sis mikewazowski i'm taking gnc hair,nails and skin formula. Im having terrible hairfall kasi. 2 weeks na ko nagttake so far ok naman mas body yung thin hair ko and less hair fall. Hindi ko pa kita yung sa hair growth e. Forst choice ko talaga yung ho na hair nails and skin vitamins nila kaso medyo pricey.
