so far, puro baby food ang binibili ko sa HO. my baby loves their teething biscuits and cereals. once pa lang ako bumili for myself, which is A La Maison's 4-pack hypoallergenic soap. super ok sya for my skin, easy to lather and rinse tapos super lambot ng pakiramdam after. :)

Next on my HO wishlist is that collagen. It sounds promising :)

I've been using HO's derma e with vitamin cleanser for a long time.

Hi sis makdonna ok ba yung soap na binibili mo sa HO? kase yung skin ko dry talaga.  :(
Nahiyang lang ako sa cetaphil. Para din ba siyang cetaphil? how much po yun? sana di masyado
pricey like sa cetaphil.  ;)

Thanks! hope you reply  :)

hi sis Gemz1225, ok naman sya, P345 for a pack of 4. 1 bar lasts me about 2 months kasi hindi sya madaling matunaw. i switched from VMV kasi it was so expensive. hindi ako nahiyang sa Cetaphil but this one worked for me. of course i still moisturize after taking a bath to manage my dry skin. :)

Ah mas mura nga siya unlike cetaphil. sana meron sila 1 bar lang para ma try ko muna if its good.
thanks sis

I am using Nature's gate biotin shampoo and condition, plus HO biotin supplement, for 2 weeks now as in sabay ko silang ginamit... i love my hair now! In terms of softness, lumambot sya talaga.

I'm wondering nga what are the good/best buys here. My first purchase from Healthy Options was Vit E 200IU since I'll be using it to lighten my scar (as oil) and as supplement for oral intake, 2x a day.

I used to get kosher sea salt here. Mas cheap yun sa s n r. Lahat ng items nila are overpriced. Di naman known yun ibang brands.

I wouldn't generalize. While more expensive nga ang HO compared to your regular grocery stores, iba naman products and brands na binebenta nila. You pay more for natural and organic products because surprisingly enough, processing them is much more expensive. Also, if I would buy skincare na are claimed to be "organic" dun na ako sa regulated ang claims, unlike sa local products dito, hindi naman ganon ka-strict ang regulations.

Also, the store caters to a new and informed market kaya niche brands and not commercialized. Commercial products are actually cheaper due to mass production. As a businesswoman, I dont mind na imported products are more expensive here (to a certain degree), beats the hassles of pabili, hoarding during travels and such, when they are locally available. OA ang taxes and fees na binabayaran ng importers, kaya understandable naman.
