hi , is it true ba na you'll get discount (by how much?) sa store (bal, lv, etc) when you present your passport?

nope. there's no such thing like that sis. at walang vat/tax dito sa hk. hiningi nila para sa record purpose. kase lv, gucci, etc can see ur records worldwide, para you can bring your stuffs in your local boutique for repair or others.

@always a shopper, I think you're talking about Twist, a retailer store in Hong Kong who carries luxury brands. Yes, they give additional discounts if you show your passport. Forgot lang how much the discount is.

ginamit ng friend ko ang credit card ng papa nya para magbook ng disney & ocean park tickets. kailangan pa ba nyang dalhin ang card o pwede na bang photocopy lang pag redeem ng tickets? pls help! tia!

Hi sis, I used my friend's CC din when I bought Disneyland tix, I emailed them kung pwede yung photocopy ang ipakita, sad to say di pwede yun. Kasi need mo i present yung mismong CC sa ticket booth ng Disney.

Kung sa papa nya yung CC, ang need mag present nya is GUY din dapat.

What I did kasi, hiniram ko yung CC ng friend ko, she lend it naman, pinadala nya sakin, then ayun hiningi yung sa ticket booth ng Disney, ang they swipe it, I think for verification yun. No need for signature naman.

This is based sa experience ko, so parang lumabas din na ako ang CC holder. Hope this helps. Ewan ko lang sa Ocean Park ha.

wow thanks sis! Nagemail kasi ako sa bal france asking for the price of PT tax deducted na, its 1083 euro plus 99euro shipping fee. Im thinking if sa hk ko ipaship since my friend ako dun , di ba tax-free dun , hindi kaya ako matataxan pag dun ko pinaship? Anyway nagcacanvass pa lang naman ako ..

Sa thursday na trip namin. No IT yet hehe. Mga sis hassle ba kung mag citygate outlet kami muna pag dating ng HK bago pumunta sa hotel? Di na kasi kami makakadaan pauwi dahil 11am ang flight namin to Manila.
