sis sa marc and angel ba to?

anyways, tama na ang drama. malapit na bangkok-phuket trip ko. parang EAT PRAY LOVE ang peg ko.

I have been very occupied with my training sa gym. i have lost weight. mga sis grabe, Aug 19th, my fat percentage was 33%, body age was 32 and muscle mass was 27%.

Two days ago, here are the results of the weigh in:

Fat % - 19%
Muscle - 39%
Body Age - 18 years old.

So far so good.  Thanks sissies sa motivation. You keep my flame burning!

body age of 18 years old?...aba aba!di biro yan sis ha,eh baka si girl eh body age na ng 52 sa stress sa ex mo...
So happy for you!you deserve that..clap!clap!

ang haba ng hair ko.

when it rains, it pours.

2 ex jowa ko, nangunngulet ulet sa akin. pero they are both married so wala akong interes sa kanila. di ko maintindihan ano bang ginawa ko sa mga eto at after all these years hindi  talaga ako nila tinigil ang pag eemail at pag yym sa akin.

tapos yesterday meron nanghingi ng number ko na boylet na 23 years old. 23 years old? come on!

wala bang someone in between? haha.

it has been 11 weeks since i decided to move out. i am proud of what i have achieved so far. it is undeniable that it was not easy but moving out and getting out from an abusive relationship  is definitely a must.

I have never loved myself this way before. I have never seen my waist this slim in the past 7 years, I have never felt this healthy (started clean eating since sept) since I got married.

Remember sissies, it is not anyone's job to love you, it is yours.

4 days to go to my 10 day Thai trip.  Happy Sunday! By the way,  I will be trying Brahma Kumaris today.

hi mga sissies. just got back from my 10 day trip in thailand. This trip renewed and refreshed me. I was in Phuket for 5 days and I did my morning meditations. Isang umaga nakaupo ako sa beach with the waves splashing through my feet. Nakikita ko how the water hits the sand and gets pulled back to the ocean. The ocean was like telling me something - that life is a constant push and pull, you accept and then you let go.

Reading EAT PRAY LOVE sa beach was enlightening. I really suggest this book to newly separated women like me.

I came home a different person. I am healed and I just unleashed the wanderlust in me.

thank you mga sissies.

si hubby nagtext sa akin nangangamusta nung before ako umalis. nung una hindi ako nag reply, yung pangalawa nagreply ako. sabi ko lang "halloween na kasi kaya mo ako naalala" . tapos reply sia na "haha you are funny, actually naaiisip naman kita lagi. wow cheesy". then hindi na ako nag reply.

na curious ako kaya i accessed his FB. found out na wala na sila ng kabit nia at parang nahuli daw nia.

honestly, i dont care. hindi naman ako natuwa or nalungkot ng nalaman ko yun. wala lang talagang effect sa akin.

im sad that ur marriage didnt work out, but im happy that u are now a better & happier person.
tama ang ginagawa mo ngayon, love yourself. masyadong bugbog ka before when u were in that unhappy marriage. continue what u are doing. cautious lang na magkaroon agad ng kapalit si ex-hubby. take ur sweet time...

thank you sis. totoo yan, malupet pa sa bugbog ang pinagdaanan ko. Walking dead is the right term. Tama na ang abusive relationship.

i am not really looking for a relationship kasi im happy with what i am doing right now. i want to live in thailand and eventually pursue my dream to travel as a backpacker. everything is falling into its place. dati kasi 2009, sabi ko dapat 2012 makapag backpacking asia ako. now i got a work that i can take wherever i go, i got no husband to look after to, i got to see thailand and met a lot of backpackers who gave me tips.. i guess this is it. sana i can commence my trip before or on my birthday on May or at least I can get to see Songkran festival in Bangkok this april.

I have a friend who lives in bangkok, and he is helping me with all the information about the visa, apartments, etc. God willing, sana magawa ko to on or before May. I love the feeling of being in a strange country. Parang wala akong past, i just melt with the locals.

Anyway, si hubby super kinukulet ako ngayon kasi accidentally nadala ko yung passport nia. Papadala ko na nga sa kanya bukas para hindi na ako kulitin.

good to hear that from you sis. i started this thread out of pain but i realized that it is becoming much more than that as days go by.

No to abusive relationships. Women deserve to be loved and respected.
