^mukhang slow umintindi yang kab*tch ni ex mo.  Doesn't she understand that you left your ex dahil ayaw mo na nga dun?

And what is there to be happy about in being a b*tch and a mistress?

slow talaga sis. sinabi mo pa. may pa jealousy jealousy pa sia.

sabi pa nia, ako daw ang umalis...

isipin nia nga, ako nga ang umalis and what that makes her? an option.

^^ hi sis. sa tingin ko hindi lang marunong ang asawa mo. sabi nga ni papa jack, men are like dogs, they can be trained. i dont think this is reason enough para hindi mo ipagpatuloy ang marriage mo. tell him what you feel and how you feel about it.

you can still salvage this kind of marriage sis  ;)

thanks sis ivy, sobrang sensitive lang siguro ako. i guess you're right masyadong mababaw yung reason no? hindi nambababae asawa ko. good provider din. di lang talaga masyadong marunong magpakita ng care nya. kinausap ko na siya and sabi niya di daw talaga siya ganun ka showy pero love na love daw ako  ;)

mga sis thanks. actually minsan kasalanan ko din. alam nio naman tayong mga babae malakas ang sprit ni nancy drew within us.

i realized it is only me who cant hurt myself, they can only hurt me if i allow myself to be hurt by them. anyway, struggle pa din pero it will be over in time.

Lo and behold, tinignan lang talaga nia. Minsan kasi masarap ang feeling that they care for us pero some guys are just like that. im pretty sure sis napansin mo na sa kanya yan bago pa kayo ikasal.

hi sis, im glad we are on the same boat. tomorrow is the second month since i left the house. happiness is a pursuit and we can't just rely neither depend our happiness on other people. sometimes, i just want to blame him why this had to happen to me. We both came from broken families and my expectations were to build a family that i never had. But things happen for reasons, reasons that we dont know yet. My role in this whole brouhaha was, i knew that he was not the person i wanted to marry then but i still did.

I prayed on the eve of Oct 1st. I made a promise to myself that I would not let them ruin me or hurt me. I realized that I was the only person capable of hurting myself, not anyone else.

Let's surround ourselves with positive thoughts and positive people. Forgive but never forget the lesson learned.

On a totally different note: Wives can sue RA 9262 sa asawang nag cause ng great deal of emo and psycho abuse due to marital infidelity. Minimum of 6 years ata ang kulong.

sabi nga sa napanood ko sa tv, the best predictor of the future behavior is the past behavior. for some reason naniniwala ako dito pero hindi nag apply sa lahat.

So yun nga syempre yung nangyari it made me stronger and wiser. kung hindi maulit thank you. kung maulit, pasensyahan na lang kami. hehe.

anyway, sis pray ka lang kay Lord if he is "God's best" for you. God only wants the best for each one of us. Ikaw masasabi mo sa sarili mo kung siya ba ay God's best for you. Pinagdadasal ang God's best sis. Yang isang pagkakamali ko pa. When i decided to marry, i did not include God in my decision making.

just wanted to share this which I just saw awhile ago..

You can shed tears because they are gone, or you can smile because they lived. You can close your eyes and pray that they come back to you,Or you can open your eyes and see all they left behind, Your heart can be empty because you can't see them, or  you can be full of  the love that they shared. You can turn your back on tomorrow and live in yesterday, or you can be happy for tomorrow because of yesterday. You can remember them and only that they are gone, or you can cherish the memories and let them live on. You can cry and close your mind be empty and turn your back on the those who love you and want to help you get through your grief, Or you can do what the loved one you lost would want you to do....SMILE open your eyes, Love and go on...

We walk away not because we want others to realize our worth, but because we finally realize our own worth.

sis sa marc and angel ba to?

I have been very occupied with my training sa gym. i have lost weight. mga sis grabe, Aug 19th, my fat percentage was 33%, body age was 32 and muscle mass was 27%.

Two days ago, here are the results of the weigh in:

Fat % - 19%
Muscle - 39%
Body Age - 18 years old.

So far so good.  Thanks sissies sa motivation. You keep my flame burning!

^ i just saw the article when I researched online for quotes/phrases for letting go of the one you loved..

omg, I really like Eat Pray Love...yung fresh na fresh pa yung hiwalayan namin, everyday I keep on reading the letter of Liz to David..I get so emotional..I especially like the last part that says:

We deserve better than staying together because we are afraid we will be destroyed if we don't

I researched and copied the nice quotes/conversations from that movie/book..it is very inspiring..

good luck sis ivy sa trip mo..have as much fun as you can! I am excited for you  :D
