hi sis greys03 and danne welcome sa thread na to.

sis greys, wag mo muna bawiin yung sinabi mo bec u don't want to sound feeble in your decisions. What has your hubby been doing the past 4 months na wala ka? May effort ba?

sis danne, mejo kulang pa ng konting background yung story mo. Don't start comparing your hubby to your ex, bec that will start feelings of discontentment and magkakaroon ng bala ang asawa mo na pede nya gamitin against you. Mag one year pa lang kayo so you have to be a little stronger sis, marami pa kayong bigger struggles na pagdadaanan.

hi sis, nakaalis ako saturday night. the weather here has been good to us since i got here. sana safe kayo lahat jan.

I have this feeling na before the year ends, my marriage which does not even reached its first year would come to an end. Been crying over the past days dahil sobrang sakit na. Can't really imagine having a partner na parang walang pakialam sa iyo. He doesn't even care if may kainin ka or wala, or kung nalubog ka na ba sa baha or kung buhay ka pa ba. I left home the other day around 5am para pumasok sa work. That morning, walang tigil na talaga ang ulan and I was hesitant na pumasok pa sana kaya lang marami na akong absent lately. Nang umalis ako, tulog pa husband ko. I don't even know if naalala niya nung nagpaalam ako na aalis na ako. Sobrang baha na along the way and took me an hour before makasakay and dahil sobrang traffic I was late for like 1.5 hrs. Basang basa ako when I arrived sa office. And since wala akong dalang money that time except sa pamasahe, hindi ako nakakain the whole day. Naexperience ko lang yung ganito after ko ikasal and sobrang naawa ako sa sarili ko. Ang husband ko ni hindi man lang ako kinumusta kahit sa text if nakarating ba ako ng maayos or kung ano na ba nangyari sa akin. Wala ni kahit ano. He actually asked me nung dumating ako ng gabi if may dala daw ba akong ulam.

hidni mo ba nakita na ganito sia before you married him? parang imposible naman na bigla siang nagbago ng ganun ganun na lang after you got married. wheni married my husband, alam ko na na ganun sia pero i chose not to look at it because i was blindly in love. pero i realized in the long run, magiging problema.

if you want to save your marriage at mahal mo talaga ang asawa mo, CHANGE YOURSELF. You can never change him. Siya lang makakapagbago ng sarili nia. Change how you perceive things. Stop comparing him to other people. Sis, like i said, been there done that. Dami kong reklamo at dami kong comparison and you know what it led to? It led to a door of infidelity which i regret big time.

talk to your husband how you feel. talk to him how you feel na love ka nia. kasi may kanya kanya tayong languages of love sis. baka sia, iba at ikaw iba din but it does not necessarily mean that you love each other less. also one thing i have learned is that we cant dictate how much our husband will love us. Kasi ang ganito mo --------------------- could be ganito ------- lang for him pero for him todo na yun.

another thing is try to understand where he is coming from, baka may deep rooted issue kung baket ganyan ang behavior nia.

alam mo naalala ko yung asawa ko, example meron family gathering lunch time. eh tapos ng work ko is 5am. sasabihin nia sa akin " matulog ka na lang kaya para makapag pahinga ka" . Naiinis ako kasi feeling ko ayaw nia ako isama. Pero i know for him that is his way of caring kasi para sa sarili nia ganun gagawin nia. matutulog na lang at magpahinga kesa mag lunch with the family. Remember sis, mahina sa empathy ang lalaki, they are more of a solution provider, madalas jan nagkakaproblema ang couple.

basahin mo din ang secrets of a fascinating womanhood, may thread dito yun. it could help you.

Good to hear sis ivy. How're u doing emotionally naman? No news yet from hubby?

He should avoid her at all costs!

bakit naman sya ganun?ma pride ba sya?...have you talked to him na dapat nyang harapin yung parents mo dahil isa yun sa mga consequences ng ginawa nya?akala ko ba nagbago na sya?...do you guys talk?

@ivy nice to hear from you na your doing fine.keep safe!enjoy life.^_^

Sis greys03 grabe hubby mo, I mean natitiis ka talaga nya? Haaay, pero ngayon separated na nga kami, I got annulled and now I found my loving partner na mag 4 years na kami this Aug 26 =).

Hindo ko naman sinasabing hiwalayan mo na si hubby mo ha you still have to do your best shempre pero pag lahat na talaga nagawa mo shempre kailangan mo din magtira ng onting respect for yourself. Sana kung ano talaga ang makakabuti for you and your hubby ay yun sana ang i-grant ni Lord for you.  :)

i apologize if this is out of topic...but what the hell is wrong with these guys (husbands of the TSs in this thread)?  bakit sila mga insensitive, uncaring, egoistic bunch of losers?  is there some kind of virus affecting these sorry asses? naaawa lang kasi ako sa mga GT sisses na unfortunately ay married to these guys.  and the thing is, the wife either has to take a stand to make the husband change his ways or just accept it and live with it.

^definitely feel the same way towards these husbands sis, ano ba?? may expiration date ba ang pagmamahal nila sa mga wives nila??  >:(

Hats off to all the wives who are very strong and willing to work on the marriage kahit super hirap na, and with the courage to call it quits kung talagang, they have given everything to fix it pero wala parin.

The question is, what made them marry these guys especially if they already knew this attitude of their partners? For sure may nakita silang positive, kasi kung wala why would they love them in the first place?

@danne

Is your hubby like this before?

May temperament/personality talaga wherein least developed ang emotions (uncaring, not thoughtful). It's either you end the marriage or accept him as he is and focus on his positive traits. But if that person became Godly, his/her weaknesses will improve.

There are husbands who don't have an ability to hold a permanent job making him a bad provider. There are husbands who have spending problems that they don't know what their priorities are. There are husbands who are hot-tempered that they blurt out hurtful words, and the list could go on. So it's a matter of acceptance. If you cannot accept it and live with it, then that's a problem.

Mahirap yang acceptance, kailangang pinagdarasal. I myself can't accept my husband on my own capacity, I need God to give me the grace of acceptance.

But if your hubby changed after marriage, then do some self-assessment of how you are as a wife. Have you done or failed to do something that made him uncaring to you?

Ivy, how are you? How are you coping?

Mga sis on the same boat, I'll backread muna para maintindihan ko stories ninyo. But we're here to help you emotionally ha. Don't feel bad.

hi sis. im okay. im doing great here. minsan nakakalimutan ko na nga yung pinagdaanan ko. yung over a month na no talk at no pakialamanan namen ni hubby sa bahay ay nakatulong for me. i seldom think about my husband, di ko sia namimiss pa. hindi ko naiisip kung kumain na sia. hindi na ako naprapraning. im more into myself. pero sabi ng friend ko na nahiwalay din sa asawa, basta humanda lang daw ako kasi may time talaga na malulungkot ako.

hindi ko maiwasan buksan yung fb ni hubby, tapos may madidiscover lang ako na kakainisan ko. pero sabi ng friend ko, mabuti na daw na alam ko yung password ng asawa ko para daw alam ko kung nagpapanggap lang o hindi yung asawa ko na good boy sia. i havent texted him since tuesday ata. ngayon he left me a message in viber kung kamusta na ako. hindi ko sinagot.

sabi din ng friend ko here who is going through annulment, taking the first step sa annulment will really help me move on. kasi manghihinayang daw ako sa iddown payment ko sa lawyer. hehe. makes sense.

hi sis @i_v_y been following your story for quite a while na and just wanna say that bilang babae ay proud ako sayo ;) it took so much courage and guts to leave your relationship because in reality most wives choose to stay (for many personal reasons) even how much dysfunctional na yung marriage..

I think your relationship right now is categorized muna under unfixable(no offence meant) hanggat yung husband mo ay di pinipiling magbago para sa sarili nya, sabi nga nila diba it starts within oneself, its great na this time sarili mo naman ang pinili mo over him kase ang tagal mo na din lumalaban para sa inyong dalawa eh with no avail kase nga si hubby mo eh paulit-ulit yung pagkakamali niya >:( ???

well napadaan lang ako to say that I salute you for being strong.. I believe naman kase na minsan it's not the fighting that proves how much strength you've got as a person instead it's becoming the bigger man(woman) to walk away when you lose the sense of what you have been fighting for along the way ;D

sis ivy, good to know you are ok. bats keep this thread open. sana magka thread 2 hehe.

Sis, you have to be strong for you and your kids. Wag ka papatalo sa emotions mo. If your husband choose to be with that kabit, hayaan mo siya. Life must go on. I'm not sayng na madali to ha, it will take time especially you have kids. Nagkikita pa ba kayo? Binibisita niya pa ba yung mga anak niyo?

hi sis, thank you very much.

tama yan sis. unless he change his ways, i dont think we are going to be back together. change is not going to happen overnight, i dont expect him to change any time soon but i leave everything to God's timing.

nung isang araw nga medyo nainis lang ako kasi, yung ex nia na kabit (yung una na tinira nia sa house namen nung naghiwalay kami the first time), nag pm sila sa fb. may codename pa sila. pero friends na lang sila. nagsabi yung ex kabit na kapag tumaas daw yung baha pa sa apt nia, pwede daw ba sa house sia mag evacuate. yung asawa kong magaling ang sagot ba naman "oo sige no problem"... tama ba yun?!! anyway, hindi naman natuloy. siguro talagang hindi lang marunong tumanggi yung asawa ko sa iba, sa akin lang. hayy pero honestly im better off alone right now. im happier, i run every day, i want to take swimming classes, violin lessons. I want to go to the gym. I am motivated to work longer hours for my upcoming thailand trip. sana talaga matuloy.

of course you can move on pero hindi pa ngayon. take it one step at a time. but you have to make a decision that you want to move on. everything is going to start with making that decision. decision to heal and eventually be happy. It wont be easy but God will help you overcome. He will turn you sorrows to joy, your morning into dancing....

Hello. Newbie ako dito sa girltalk. I am in the same situation. I have kids and decided to stop na ang communication sa asawa ko. Me iba ring babae. Pakonti konti kailangan na makamove on.

It is okay to feel that way, you have to mourn over the lost of your loving relationship with your husband although i dont really know how worse can it be kapag may mga anak na.

Everything starts in making a decision; that you will be healed and you will be happy.

I am a product of a broken family, pati ang husband ko. I wanted a marriage that will last a lifetime. Thats the reason why i kept fighting for my marriage. Pero things happen for a reason.

try to look for the other side,if walang daddy yung mga anak mo physically(but they do have ha)kaya mo bang ipaliwanag na hindi sila magatatanim ng sama ng loob sa nangyari sa pamilya nyo?...since nakita naman nila ang sitwasyon nyo?Do you think di sila broken kase nasasaktan ka ng paulit-ulit?...
or much better na kayo ng mga bata eh mag-move on ng sama-sama....
