Adobong Bayawak - this was during my trip to Iwahig Penal Colony in Palawan. Masarap! hehe

Fried Frogs?? - Sa Krocodile Grille during my friend's birthday in Gbelt. Lasang cute na manok

Stingray with fried rice - sa Makan Sutra sa Singapore. Treat naman ng friend ko. Nasarapan din ako. Hahaha

Counted ba ang balut dito? Kaya lang years ago pa ito kasi bumaliktad sikmura ko dito kaya never na ako kumakain nito

so far yun palang na-ttry ko.

Adobong Bayawak - Croco Grille in Greenbelt - as in tikim lang talaga, kasubuan na lang kasi. Masarap naman pero syempre the fact that its bayawak, hirap lunukin.

Fried frog legs - night market sa HCM City
Stingray - makansutra sa SG
Fried itik - luto ng tito ko dati

Yung sawa yung pinakaweird dahil mabuto.

Salagubang & yung larvae nya sa province ni Mom (Tuguegarao, Cagayan). Ginigisa lang hanggang maging crunchy.. yummy naman

Tamilok sa Palawan

Karne ng aso, kalabaw, kabayo & usa - sa province din ni mom

Hindi naman ako maarte sa mga ganyan

soup #5 - sa isang party. huhu. tska lang nila sinabi ng naubos ko na.

tapang usa, tapang kalabaw - my tito used to cook these dishes pag may special occasions, sobrang sarap! no trace of "anggo" sa meat kasi he carefully prepares the meat. sarap pa kasi yung tapa nya, with gata and spicy, yumm!

bayawak - my friend's priest friend prepared this for us nung nag-visit kami sa kanya. he didn't tell us what it was until we finished eating. adobo style, masarap! though i thought it was weird na yung "chicken" that i was eating had parang long fish bones

^ ay ayun pa pala, kinilaw at kalderetang kambing. korek, ang anggo ng amoy. pero masarap naman.
