Ano yung nakita nila sa FIRST ULTRASOUND mo?

1st u/s was 5 weeks and 1 day. Sac palang ang nakita. After a week (6weeks and 3 days) bumalik kame. Empty sac parin.. nakakalungkot pero praying na next ultrasound makita na yung embryo at heartbeat.

I had my first on my 5th wk and all the OB Gyne saw was the yolk sac. I had an emergency US after 4 days because I bled but fortunately, there was a heart beat. Although, it was a bit slow at 109bpm. After a week, heart beat is within normal range. At 9wks, we were able to see the head and the body because the fetus moved which allowed better visual. 🤗

Im 4w5d today, and just waiting for my tvs on July 27. While waiting did you stop certain activities like working out? Or did you all go on with your usual days? Just worried that i might affect the baby now until my tvs.

^my OB asked me to stop with my workout (pole fitness) because they found subchorionic hemmorhage in my pregnancy. Was also asked to bed rest for 2 weeks.

I was +pt 2x and +serum test  just to made sure na preggy ako, im 39 (considered hi risk) So we decided to visit an OB:
1st TvU gestational sac palang nakita, 4 weeks palang based on ultrasound si baby i thought 6 weeks (LMP) na.. di pala ganun ka accurate pag LMP ka mag base..   i experienced light spotting kaya  binigyan ako ng duphaston , heragest and folic acid, and be back after 2 weeks.   I pray na may yolk sac and heartbeat na next TvU ko..

May nakaranas na ba magkaiba Ang AOG sa dalawang OB? Sa unang OB, 4W palang ako at gestational sac palang nakita after 2weeks nagpa tvs ulit ako with another OB Gestational sac and embryo palang daw no HB at 5 weeks.. naguguluhan tuloy ako lalo ako kinkabahan.

Hi sis, common talagang may difference between gestational age based on TVU and based on LMP. Kapag maliit lang ang gap -- like mine which is 3-day difference lang -- LMP yung susundin. From what I remember sa nabasa ko, pag more than a week ang difference yung TVU naman ang susundin.

You are informed and aware naman kung bakit 2-week difference yung gestational age ng baby mo?

Do you mean that after 2 weeks with a different OB, you expect na 6 weeks na yung AOG? Pero 5 weeks lang yung nakita sa TVU? I would be confused too, pero anong meron nag-iba ka ng OB?

I think if you're confused don't hesitate to express that to your doctor. Ask your questions.

Regarding sa heartbeat, baka pag 7 weeks marinig na yung heartbeat.

^ thank you sa reply sis. Nagpalit ako dahil wala yung ob ko that time kaya sa iba nalang but im planning to go back naman sa 1st yun lang wala sya that time.. ang sabi nya pwede akong mag pa 3rd opinion sa isa pang ob. Kasi pati daw sya di nya masabi kung sino ang accurate sa kanila nung 1st ob ko.  Im very confused and nervous kasi wait pa ulit ng another 2 weeks para sa next.  Papa 3rd opinion ba ako o wait ko nalang bumalik yung unang ob ko.
