sis, try tierra pura clubhouse. tandang sora but malapit lang sa commonwealth. 8k ata sya when I inquired last feb.

also, meron din sa winston st. sa west fairview, 5k for 4 hours i think. bahay lang siya talaga with pool. malaki din yung place. then add decors na lang dahil super bare and medyo luma na yung place. pero kaya naman maconceal thru balloons and decors.

i was devastated in AMISTOSA Tierra Nueva in Alabang - soo unprofessional.

Til last Wednesday, the staff texted me this exact words "Ma'am we decided on re scheduling your event. we blocked the date of july 6, 2013m or morning of July 7"

Hi Para sa mga nag i-inquire regarding Discovery Suites in Ortigas, ito yung mga inclusions ng quotation nila sakin earlier this year. I also think good deal ito We almost booked them, kaya lang based sa sample computation, sosobra kami sa budget Per package kasi ang initial rates nila, hindi per head.
In addition sa mga 'to, they also provide entertainment and food cart choices with according rates.

Re: One Cafe Events Place, I did an ocular there before.  Ang masasabi ko lang sa venue mismo, simple lang sya, glass ang windows, and medyo maluwag naman so kaya ayusan. I think yang Function A yung L-shaped. Tapos ang mura ng packages nila. Parang may 300+ then wala na rental yung place. I ate sa cafe and masarap naman yung food, but I haven't tasted the ones they serve sa parties.

Siguro ang hindi ko lang nagustuhan is parang out of place yung venue dun sa buong building. Corporate kasi yung building nila so sa ground pa lang, pagpasok mo, para kang papasok sa office. Tapos kalevel ng canteen yung Venue. Siguro others won't mind naman.

^ i attended a party sa one cafe events last april. the lounge nga lang yung venue, d one with 6k rental fee. for me lang 'to ha? so-so lang yung food. i suggest you avail the free tasting nila para makapili. and if ever may kiddie plates, ask if pwede i-serve na lukewarm pa kc super cold na nung na-serve yung sa baby ko kaya super tigas na nung french fries and tunaw na ice cream.

Based rin sa mga nabasa kong food reviews sa kanila, wala pa namang negative. Pretty acceptable. Bawi na lang rin sa food carts and dessert table hehe

@Blairbunny Thanks! Yes, office bldg. Sa floor lay-out na pinadala sakin, hindi nga siya rectangle. May portion na naka-extend coming from the entrance. We'll just let our PP take care of the transformation hehe

@Chakadoll22 P60k++ yung cheapest Food Package ng Discovery Suites Pero based dun sa sample computation na ni-request ko for 20 kids and 80 adults plus one food cart and one party entertainment, around P97k na ang total. Masipag mag-reply yung Banquet Sales Exec. Nila Or let me know, I can share with you first what I got from them.

thank you sis maurice! good deal na nga yan kc may overnight stay pa. we have the same number of expected guests but so far 150k+ na ko. i got makati park and garden as venue na lang kc since bagay sya sa theme

Sisses maurice & Chakadoll22, I'll let go na of One Cafe. Haven't seen the place and haven't tasted the food. Pero di ko talaga ma-let-go ang k. by Cunanan, so 90% sure na akong kukunin sila. Ngayon ang hindi ko pa sure is if to book Tierra Pura Clubhouse, Balay Kalinaw or Malayan Plaza. Out of the 3, Malayan Plaza yung nasa bottom ng list ko. (Take note: haven't been to all 3 places din, I only search sa Google ng photos nila).

blairbunny, the chef of the cafe daw is the same on who cooks ng catered foods nila.

^may harang na pillars sa pergola plus may accredited na caterers. If may iba ka na gusto na caterer may corkage pa. Cheaper ang le pavillion metro park nasa 25k + vat yun hall A tapos 35k+vat yun hall B. Wala sila accredited na suppliers ayun nga lang d payag sa ceiling decor.

sis do you have le pavillion's conact #?  Thank you!  Ayaw nila sa ceiling decor kahit mga pompoms [textspeak!]?

Any function halls around Makati na ok? Required man ang sponsorship or wala... I just need Plan B in case I find Residences at GB too strict at ayaw ng ceiling swags na gusto ko!

Sis lois akiko, not sure bout venues na 5K ang rate. Pero here are some na nakita ko na less than 10K/3hrs ang rate - Tierra Pura Clubhouse sa Tandang Sora; Balay Kalinaw sa UP Diliman; tsaka Malayan Plaza sa Ortigas.

VAlle verde 2 clubhouse, 7.5k plus 2k security bond and can comfortably fit 150pax.

still the same rate kaya? kailangan ba ng sponsor sa valle clubhouse? parang valle 2 ang malapit sa libis ano? since tatawid ka lang sa c-5 (tiendesitas side) then turn right sa shell (Nga ba?)
