^ hi sis! im also from san mateo and we celebrated at Ristorante Big Oli in Eastwood good for 100-150 pax na yun. Php 26,000 lahat nagastos ko sa food, inclusive of sound system, tarp etc. you may wanna try them out or depende kasi kung ang gusto mo e yung may caterer.

Any caterer daw okay lang. Wala na corkage ang party carts.

wow! this thread is really helpful. kahit paano, i was able to get some ideas on possible venues para sa 7th birthday ng son ko. next year (april) pa naman, but since medyo mahirap ang theme na gusto nya (strictly Fast and the Furious - ayaw nya ng ibang kiddie car-racing theme like Cars), i'm starting to look for possible sources/suppliers for his birthday next year. sana makakita ako ng venue within the QC or Ortigas area na kasya mga 70-80pax. and more importantly, sana magkaysa yung tight budget ko - 25K-30K - (all in - venue, decor, food, giveaways, cake, etc). i'm willing to do some DIY like for the invites, and lootbags. hirap lang kasi on my end because of my situation (single mom), so i really have to do all of the thinking, planning, and canvassing... haist.. 

please keep the suggestions and ideas coming. really glad to find this thread in GT.

i'm booked na sa funhouse sa harrison plaza. medyo old na nga lang yung mall pero ok naman yung party place ng funhouse saka affordable. next year pa bday ng baby ko.

marami kang pwede pagpilian sis. but if venue rental, kasama na sound system and projector, 5k for 3 hours.

Hi would like to know if the St. Francis Shangrila place allows na mag overnight stay then use their swimming pool for parties?

Any reviews with Marquinton residences? How much?
Same with Water Nymph in MArikina? Mahal ba don?
