^ I do understand your excitement. But trust me, later on makakatamaran na din ninyo to use them kasi ang daming parts so added sa hugasin. At least that's what happened to me. I don't let the yaya kasi prepare the food so pati hugas ako. I was that OC

Try checking the mothercare feeding bowls. What I like about these bowls, there are raised dots on the side of the bowls. It helps with the mashing of the food.

^^ Thanks sis hunny_ally for the advice. Si husband din kasi prefers everything should be sterilized pa.

Has anyobe tried baby bullet na a seen on tv? It's cheaper kaso baka kasi hindi ok.  Also, happybaby na organic food? Available kay chubby cheeks na on line store. Before kasi cerelac lang ako sa 2 kids ko but i wanna try organic sa bunso ko.

^ sis I'm using the baby bullet sa pagprepare ng food ni baby. I bought it sa sulit.com for just 1,150. For me sulit na sulit sya kasi complete set na. May blender, storage cups na may date dial for storage. May tray with lid na pangfreeze ng food. So far ok naman, ginagamit ko talaga. OC kasi ako gusto ko talaga may separate na gamit si baby para sure na malinis kasi its just for her. Saka even if lumaki na si baby magagamit pa din naman yun, puede pagbaunan yung storage cups, tapos yung tray naman pede hulmahan ng popsicle. :)

like hunny_ally, trusted fork and knife lang din nagamit ko sa pag-prepare ng baby fud and store it in mini-tupperware.

Sa sulit, sis.  Sya yung cheapest. Her FB is stuff mania.  I think she has several units kasi parang yun yung biz nya.  Mabilis naman magreply sa FB.

first time mom here :) my baby is turning 6 months early july but binigyan ko na sya ng cerelac simula pa nung isang araw. lahat kasi ng mahawakan nya isusubo nya and she stares talaga pag may nakita syang kumakain, naawa naman ako kaya pinakain ko na. ayoko sya sanayin sa cerelac kasi feeling ko less nutricious kasi processed (feeling ko lang naman) kaya gusto ko na magprepare na lang ng food for her.

i have ground rice and oatmeal kaya lang yung mga recipe na nabasa ko eh water yung ginagamit pagniluluto na, pagpinapakuluan. ok lang ba kung breastmilk yung gamitin ko instead of water. hindi naman ako magstock eh, yung kakainin nya lang that moment yung iluluto ko (though matrabaho) para masustansya pa rin.

tia :)

Hindi ko naabutan yang baby bullet sa cashcashpinoy, so what i did was look for a possible cheaper one, kahit walang food storage kasi may via cups naman ako. and i saw this product from imarflex sa SM Homeworld for only P1,250:

http://www.filgifts.com/view.asp?xitem=Ima001.151

pwede ko pa magamit na coffee grinder or juice blender in the future.

my son is 6 months old now pero nung nag5 months cia nagstart nako magpuree ng veggies and fruits... i did not buy baby food processor coz my bestfriend/kumare gave us a cuisinart stick blender with attachments nung binyag ni baby... yun ang binili nia pra magamit ko pa daw kahit hindi na kailangan sa pagprepare ng baby food..
im preparing his food once a week and putting it in 'baby cubes' then lagay sa freezer. sometimes im using ice cube trays then transfe :)r naman sa ziplock kapag frozen na...

i gave my son pureed potato, squash, carrots and applesauce pa lang... weekly kc ako magpalit ng food na ibinibigay sa kanya... mga 1oz per serving...
the other day naggiling ako ng brown rice to make his cereal... i have no plan of buying gerber or cerelac kaya tiaga ako sa paggawa  :)
